"I would stay again clean and tidy the staff was great for help "

"Jimmy and Cathy were delightful hosts who made us feel very welcome. They were around to answer our questions but respected our privacy. The villa was clean, comfortable and very well equipped with everything needed for self catering. There were two outdoor eating spaces which we used at different times of day. The heated pool with sun terrace was a great asset, especially as we had very hot weather. Pool towels were provided. Although we initially found it difficult to locate the villa, Jimmy came to our rescue and drove down to show us the way, with a handy red sign and a water tower marking the start of the one way road leading to their house. An electronic security gate gave added protection for us and our hire car, which we parked on site. A car is essential here. We appreciated being so close to the town of Granadilla where there is an excellent Mercadona supermarket with parking. It was easy to access the coast either direct, or via the TF1 motorway, and from the villa we were already part way on the route up to Teide. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this villa and would highly recommend it to those who enjoy a bit of seclusion but also easy access to nearby places. "Beautiful, spotlessly clean hotel in a unique location "

"We had great stay. From the minute we arrived…the desk staff were very welcoming and friendly…to the minute we left, where the desk staff ordered us a taxi. Our room was on the third floor and was one of the older style. Not a problem…bed make up service and bathroom clean everyday. Impressed by the speed of response to our broken toilet seat…informed in morning was fixed by the time we returned early afternoon. The bed itself was very comfortable but neither my husband or I liked the long shaped pillow. The pool area was lovely, never a problem getting a lounger. Breakfast was great, good and plentiful selection…excellent coffee (Lavazza). We really enjoyed the chilled vibe of the resort and loved the hotel. Thank you, we will definitely be back!"

"Check in was easy. But the Vibe here is strange. I was in a room where at least three staff members were sleeping. Inwas asked on the first day if I wanted to join a "special dinner" for €10 made by one of the workers. After seeing the kitchen I couldn't have brought myself to eat anything cooked in there. "

"The property has a curious pin entry system which means you can check yourself into your room out of hours. It also meant you could stay there six nights as we did, and never ever meet a member of staff, as we did! The apartments were beautiful and spacious with spectacular views of the cliffs and mountains. The town itself however is dull with very little to do unless you're into surfing. Maybe 2 bars and a handful of restaurants which all close early apart from one. It's also the windiest place on earth!"
