Beautiful renovated cozy house. Quiet close-to-downtown neighborhood. 5 min walk to our fave, the Holbrooke Hotel Restaurant Bar c. 1862. Have drinks on the porch in charming downtown. Stroll on Mill St pedestrian plaza.
House has a quaint patio with firepit and bbq. Large fenced in yard for kids and pets to roam. Huge walnut tree in the yard.
Everything you need for a peaceful vaca or work trip. Super family and pet friendly.

Very clean older home in an old Grass Valley neighborhood. Close to downtown. Nice outdoor seating area with gas fire pit and gas grill. We enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again.
