"Location, wow - beautiful vistas, lovely gardens, lovely cottage. Inside is also very nice indeed, well appointed and comfortable - only negative there was that there was a bit of a paraffin smell near the boiler, not sure if there had been a spillage. Otherwise great and extremely convenient for the RHS show. We cooked, we BBQd, we ate on the deck, we watch the wildlife. Alpaca farm is a short walk and was a lovely little trip for brekkie and animal watching. We will be back! Thanks Alison :)"

"Great communication and a room upgrade which was a pleasant surprise. Well appointed, stylish room with comfy bed, a powerful shower and nice tea, coffee and biscuits. An eye mask and ear plugs were supplied as the only down side is there is noise from the street. The windows are sash and I expect can’t be double glazed. Probably not an issue unless you’re a light sleeper."

"Roy was the manager on duty when we checked in and out. He helped carry one of our suitcases to our suite! He was awesome and helped out with some local areas to dine and visit. The suite was excellent, slippers and a robe waited our arrival, along with coffee, hot chocolate, tea and milk. Was very clean and a comfortable kind size bed. We loved it."

The apartment was lovely though, looks like it's been recently refurbished and was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was very well equipped with dishwasher and washing machine. £250 damage deposit seemed quite excessive. Not sure if they get a lot of trouble as housekeeping also came in during stay but didn't do any cleaning, make beds, or fold towels etc (I only knew they'd been because they folded...

"Accommodation is located centrally and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Beds were clean and comfortable. Kitchen is a lovely space to come together with family. Add £13 per day for parking as the place has not its own parking. The place is clean but I gave it a 3 for cleaning because there were empty food boxes behind the desk in the main bedroom. Towels were clean but old . Communication was great and we will definitely go back again but will ask them to pay a little more...

Its such a peaceful spot by the river. The area is lovely ideal for walks and Alcester is very picturesque. Its a great spot for visiting the surrounding area like Stratford-upon-Avon and Evesham. "We had a wonderful stay at this charming and unique coach house. Everything was just wonderful, all the MOD cons, wonderful, shower and comfortable beds not to mention cozy fireplace. "This pictures honestly don’t do this place justice… a stunning and spacious home with some beautiful details. Super clean, decorated beautifully with towels, everything you could need in the kitchen, lovely beds, shower gel… The host was extremely helpful after having some issues with a different site and switching over to vrbo. Great communication from start to finish with a super friendly and helpful person! A great central location on a safe road with registered parking, plenty of things...

"Lou’s view was a very comfortable cottage which suited our needs whilst we were there for a couple of days. The only thing that I feel that needs to be considered to be updated is the shower in the grey bathroom as the hot/cold water knob didn’t turn so we felt the water was tepid. The hot water boost wasn’t that effective either even when we turned it in early so 2 out of the 4 of us had cold showers. The view at the back of the building was beautiful especially when you have walked to the top...

"Was informed 3 days before stay that we would be staying in a different house to listing, which for us was ok. Clean bedding, comfortable beds. However the house although wasn't filthy it wasn't clean. The whole place looked like a family had just "popped out". Clothes hanging on doors, shoes left where they had just taken them off, generally a untidy house."
