It was secure and the house manager staying on the 4th floor was helpful if we needed anything but also honored our desire for privacy. "Generally and overall the staff are helpful and respectful. Apart from one female receptionist, when we called requesting milk for our 2 year old ( who was very ill), her only concern was the bill. "This is a great choice for a hotel in Saddar it’s half an hour’s walk at most from Karachi Cantt station, and just a few minutes from Empress Market.
