Honestly, Pearl inn is a very nice establishment in the old town. Been at one other hotel and comparatively, this one felt a lot more upscale and luxurious. Room service was great, room felt adequate for price.

The rooms are the cleanest I have seen so far in Pakistan. The staff are very keen to serve you and for some this might be too much but it shows how important guests are to everyone. I had an issue with noise from the street and was given another room at the back straight away. What also was valuable was a free extension to check out. Breakfast is complimentary but NOT continental- it’s traditional Pakistani breakfast and was delicious and hot - I cannot drink Nescafé so I brought my own coffee bags but tea and ‘tang’ was available.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. I was hesitant at first booking at this Hotel , however my stay was like staying home with all the comforts. The staff from room service, front desk, room service upto to the security guard (Gul) would greet, assist everybody and most important are frindly. The Room and the hotel is very clean. You may meet the Hotel owner also who is friendly and respectful. I recommend booking your stay at Hotel Pearl then Avari as this is very convenient to shopping and night eating at saddar.

Service of the staff was exceptional Bathroom was poor I have seen senior management misbehaving service staff for no reason. First day there was lot of confusion regarding checkin timings although I confirmed the timings via phone. Overall stay is good because of service staff.they are quite humble and helpful.

Overall the quality and feel of the hotel was excellent. Didn't get the room i was expecting but i was upgraded to a bigger room. The staff were friendly, welcoming and very respectful. Only downside was the cutlery being used at breakfast, could do with an upgrade. The total experience is not what i was expecting for the price i paid, good value for the money. Definitely recommend pearl inn.

Everything about the physical property is excellent from the staff to the hotel itself. Where the hotel falls short is the surrounding area. It is in the heart of Auto repair shops and is quite dirty in the surrounding area because of this. Also, walking around the outside is challenging as you cannot cross the street due to the lack of traffic rules. You will easily get run over as traffic does not follow rules of the road. Also extremely dirty on the streets with the odor of sewage. 5 stars for the hotel, 1 star for the neighborhood.
