"Just a couple blocks away from IU Bloomington to attend orientation. East to find, well appointed spacious rooms, clean, great service, and AWESOME hot breakfast (rotation of custom hot dishes). Also 3pm snack. Friendly front desk. Can’t ask for more. This is a pricier option as compare to a chain hotel at the other end of campus but the reviews turned me to this place. "

"The hotel rooms are beautiful. Day staff are excellent but not that interested with evening staff who aren’t customer oriented. "

"The inn was a pleasant surprise. Good communication from staff. They were welcoming and professional. Facility was clean. Obviously some updating is being completed at the present time. Patio and garden were very nice. They have planted lots of plants to attract pollinators. The inn addresses environmental awareness too. Pictures on websight acurately portrayed the facility."

"We arrived early (1:30 pm) and stopped to see if our rooms were ready and could go ahead and check-in. The rooms were not ready but the woman at the front desk was so incredibly kind and friendly. We came back after our event (9:30ish) and there was another woman working the front desk who was equally friendly. One of our daughters is very outgoing and let her know that her "uncle (name)" would be arriving shortly as well. When he walked in the door she quietly shouted "it's uncle (name)!", the fact she sees countless people but remembered what our daughter had said later that night was very cool. Both staff members we interacted with her so, so great. We stayed in the two bedroom apartment and had plenty of space. The room was spotless and fresh. The bathrooms were clean and very large. The hotel is just a short drive away from campus and the perfect spot with being close but not too close. The area was quiet. If we have another reason to come to Bloomington this will be our number one pick place to stay. "
