"I went on a trip with my family (3 adults and 3 toddlers) to Disney world and we have stayed at many resorts and hotels in Orlando. This one was most definitely at the top 5. The rooms are very clean but could use some improvement on the floors as they are very dirty. The jets in the jetted tub did not work but we only wanted to use it as a very large tub. The Receptionists were very kind and professional. I would definitely book this place again for large parties like ours!"

"The staff here at this location is impeccable. This is a busy hotel with multiple conventions happening at the same time and even as busy as it was, the staff were so polite and eager to please. The rooms were clean and we always had fresh towels and toiletries. The location is perfect for those that just want to walk to all of the local restaurants and there is plenty to do right nearby!"
