There was an appropriately sized television, toiletries, and unlimited tea and coffee by a kettle. in terms of the area it was down a street with rats, although there was rats everywhere in Colombo. "What a great place! Nicely furnished, clean & comfortable. The owner is FANTASTIC & she makes a yummy breakfast every morning. Everything that you need is nearby, restaurants, bars, live music, shopping. The beach is directly across the street. You can also use the facilities of the resort across the street for 2,000 rupees per day. This includes beach chairs, towel, pool, wi-fi, restaurant & bar. The room layout was odd but they will be undergoing renovation soon so hopefully reworking the internal layout. Otherwise clean and tidy and nice view of the garden to the beach.
