The inside is beautifully decorated in casual modern flair. From Quartz countertops to stainless appliances, walk in shower, luxurious linens, electric fireplace and 50” TV, you will find everything you need to make your stay comfortable and complete.

From here you are steps to Okanagan Lake and Knox Mountain Park where hiking, biking and walking trails are endless. Spectacular views reward you once you reach the top!

A short 10 minute walk or 5 minute bike ride will take you to popular eateries, craft breweries and pubs where you can enjoy a refreshing drink and visit on a cool misted patio. A 1.7km walk, bike or drive will take you to the heart of vibrant downtown Kelowna where you will find an abundance of coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, shopping, water sports rentals and entertainment.

My wife and I were delighted with this property which is very well designed and equipped for a relaxing holiday. The location is within walking distance of the downtown area and Knox mountain. We would be happy to stay here again knowing that Stacy would quickly resolve any issue which might arise.

This was an excellent couples retreat. We visited family in the Kelowna area and everyone and every attraction was within walking distance. The accommodations had everything you could possibly need and the chilled bottle of wine when we arrived was extra special. I would highly recommend this cozy home away from home. It also has an awesome outdoor deck complete with BarBq Nice bistro table for 4 and cozy rocker swivel chairs. The entire place has everything you could ever need for a most enjoyable stay

Everything was great, everything.
The hosts have thought of everything, if you book here, you'll see what I mean when you get there. The property is in a quieter part of town, and bigger than it looks in pictures. I can't say enough about the hosts or the property, I can't wait to come back. We will book here again, assuming they are cool with that😉 Thank you again guys.

A perfect 2 week stay.
We spent 2 weeks in June 2003 at Stacy’s VRBO. Everything about the carriage house Loft suite was wonderful and exceeded our expectations. We quickly settled in and felt very much at home. The layout looked exactly as the VBRO photos showed, so the surprises were only those of delight. The kitchen was well supplied with eating and cooking utensils, serving ware, cookware, bakeware and much more. The kitchen appliances all were quite new and in perfect condition. A more than generous supply of pantry items eliminated the need to buy any or do without. Plenty of cleaning supplies (which we made use of as after all we were there for two weeks!) We loved having breakfast at the kitchen island. The deck was perfect for relaxing for the cocktail hour and having dinner at the patio dining table. The gas BBQ was in excellent condition (all the BBQ tools were easily located in the kitchen). The deck was equipped with an automatic solar blind and a ceiling fan which kept us cool from the hot early evening sun. The location of the suite was very convenient. A few steps to Sutherland waterfront park, where we strolled every evening. Very near Knox Mountain. Easy walking distance to downtown venues. Stacy and Ernie were friendly and helpful yet respected our privacy. Replied promptly to text queries. Mostly we just “waved” to each other. At the end of our 2 weeks we were sad to leave.

Above the garage is this very clean, completely equipped one bedroom carriage house. It has everything one would need for a relaxing stay. The bed is very comfortable. The location, so close to downtown is convenient too.

Everything you could need for a vacation
This was a wonderful and clean property. Kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Bed was very comfortable. Loved the covered deck to sit on. Walking distance to the waterfront and to Knox mountain. Would definitely stay at this property again if in Kelowna.

This is an amazing property everything that you can think of has already been thought of. The place is sparkling and enjoyable from all corners of the unit and the porch is great to enjoy the beautiful weather. Close to downtown and plenty of walking trails and areas to explore. Awesome hosts!

We enjoyed our week long stay here. We had a private deck with table and chairs. The host was friendly and the suite was very comfortable. The suite had everything you could want while on vacation, very nice decor and everything new . The bed was very comfortable and lots of closet space.. We liked the closeness to town and the nearby park and hiking trails. The street was busy with traffic, summer time , but we got used to it . We would stay here again when in Kelowna.

Fabulous Coach House
I was visiting my daughter and needed my own home away from home while in Kelowna. This coach house has everything that I needed. The space is really well designed for comfort and to make you feel like you are at home and it is decorated so well. You have your own entrance and it’s very private. My 20 something daughter and her friend loved it too when they visited for dinner one night! The photos and description are very accurate but it is even better in person. I will definitely be back.

5 Stars is NOT Enough
New loft, beautifully finished (and furnished), too. With way too many thoughtful details to even list, they’ve literally thought of everything (from Smart TV to beautiful cultured stone island; his n hers bikes provided, complimentary teas n coffees to luxury toiletries). Extra stars for nice firm bed (but there’s a memory foam topper, too! …See what I mean?). I stayed for 6wks and cooked alot; never wanted for anything in that great organized kitchen. Immaculately clean!! Great patio. Super walks nearby - don’t miss the short hike up Knox Mountain (3 minute walk away) for a stupendous view! Downtown and the harbour-front is only a 10-15 minute walk away (along lovely gentle nature trails no less!) Stacy was a great host, and very easy to communicate with. You can surely tell that she and Ernie take immense pride in providing a letter-perfect place for your stay! I’ve literally travelled the world, and I’ve got to say… 10 Stars!
