"It was difficult to communicate with the owner or manager. I booked a 5 nights stay. I had a problem with the washer was approved. The cleaning staff couldn't make it work. We noticed the manager about the problem. They answered me on 4 days later. It was to late by then. We reused our old clothes and packed the rest of the dirty clothes home."

It was comfortable, clean, and spacious for 4 adults and a toddler PLUS all of our suitcases lol Location was great: a lot of restaurants nearby, JR train station about a 10min walk away, and accessible to other popular parts of Osaka. The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful (esp when it came to sending our suitcases to our next location). So glad we stayed here for our stay in Osaka :)"

Limited personal hours at front desk. Do not show up early as no one there until 4pm to check you in. Only about a 10-12 minute walk to universal which is what makes it great"

"For the price, it is very good value. Location is decent, 15 min walk to Shinsaibashi/Dotonbori/Kuromon. It is quite loud even through out the night as it faces a highway. They even provide earplugs as they know how loud it is. So not for light sleepers for sure. Family mart right across the street. Another thing to note is there are so so many signs all posted around the place - telling you what you can’t do. Again for the price, this is probably as good as it’ll get. "

"We really enjoyed our stay. It is perfect for a family. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Liked having the laundry facility on site however, the dryers are not too good. Place is really close to seven eleven and Lawsons. So close to Kyoto station. Overall, I would really recommend this place for people in big groups or family. "

"Compared to the 2 other places we stayed in Japan, this was the biggest, size wise. There were 2 separate bedrooms, a bathroom, a laundryroom attached to a shower room, a kitchen attached to a living room area with a small balcony, and a traditional style sitting room. I may highly consider making this home base for the next trip. The check-in process was a bit strange since there are no people staffing the building, but follow the email instructions, and its easy enough."

Luxurious, comfortable and great location
"We had a fabulous stay at the hotel. The room is spacious and also had a sliding door separating the beds from the sink and bathroom and shower. The hotel provided pajamas, slippers and robes as well as complementary mineral water. Check-in was super easy. The front desk staff was very helpful, they spoke excellent English and helped us to schedule a cab to pick us up at 3:30 in the morning to head to the fish auction at the central market. The location was great and it was very easy to get to Osaka station to catch the train back to Tokyo. "
