I booked this hotel at the last minute and I wanted something close to metro/JR station. The location of the hotel is really convenient; after I learned the best route to get to the hotel from the inside of the mall. The location is prime however check-in was a pain because it's self-service and has a long time at 3pm when it opens for everybody. The room is also extremely small; so as a family with small children I would not pick this hotel next time. But if you do not travel with small children and don't mind the small room then this is a really nice location for exploring Osaka as the JR/Metro station is literally right downstairs!!! The Umeda Link mall food court is also right downstairs if you need to get a quick lunch/dinner!

The property was in a great location next to Osaka station making travelling around really easy. The room was slightly on the small side but typical for Japanese cities I’ve found. But we had a great view from our room. Shower was great too. Incredibly disappointed in breakfast. Didn’t enjoy any of the breakfast we had. We came down at 09:15 most mornings (last orders is at 09:30) but we would have staff coming over as soon as we’d sit down saying it closes at 09:35 but the following day it closed at 09:50. Felt unwanted and constantly rushed.

It had a sky walk to Osake station, very convenient. Not easy to navigate through until you get used to it. Had great restaurants and shopping underneath the building. Self checkin and check out very convenient.

Great Location! The rooms were smallest than expected even considering other hotels that we stayed in Japan. But it was very convenient to go around in Osaka. I will stay again if I’m traveling solo but probably not for a family trip.

Check in and check out is very fast and the machine is user friendly! The lobby has lots of space and comfortable. Location is very convenient. Room is a bit small than expected and no hanger for towels after shower. Overall the experience is good though.

Super convenient location right near Osaka Station. Breakfast was a plentiful mostly Japanese food buffet. Somewhat of a no frills hotel with pretty standard small rooms but surprisingly had some very useful amenities like pajamas and an iron. Recommend a floor definitely above 12 ( first floor with rooms) because we had a window view of a wall. Can’t beat the location though!
