Spa Hotels & Resorts in Lagos

The room itself was clean but I dont think the bathroom was very clean - there was no visible dirt but there was a bad strong smell from the bathroom. There was no internet which I think was the worst thing - especially as they tell you that there is internet. They say they have wireless but of course its not strong enough to reach the rooms. Not many TV channels either. I also asked for a wakeup call the first night I was there, which I did not get. This was pretty shocking to me. Instead of a phone they give you a mobile phone.

Overall experience is satisfactory. Bathroom could be more cleaner with more towels and tissue papers.

Staying and travelling around Lagos is never easy and finding somewhere to stay where you can switch off is essential. Bon Voyage is a good place to stay and you can feel relaxed once you arrive. It has a boutique or family run feel to it and the staff are efficient at dealing with things and they are friendly. Of course there are power issues but this was never an issue as the generators kicked in quickly and everything was back to normal - there is WiFi etc.

While on a trip to West Africa I stayed in three different hotels and this one was by far the cleanest and nicest of the bunch. The power goes out on a regular basis even though they do have a pair of big generators, but this has been the case everywhere I have stayed in West Africa.

I stayed at the Radisson while on a business trip. The room I had was excellent and the hotel facilities were very good. I do think that the restaurants are hugely overpriced, which I guess is aimed at business travellers on expense accounts, but I felt a bit taken advantage of none the less.

The security at the gate entrance gave me confidence. The staff were excellent and my room was value for money. Everybody was professional and had good customer care. My only criticism is to do with the slice of bread at breakfast which tasted moldy. I will definitely stay in this hotel if the opportunity arises.

I have stayed at this hotel several times since my first visit. It is a great way to escape the hustle and bustle of Lagos. The surprising thing about the hotel is that it offers one a complete departure from the fast paced life of the city while being centrally located. This means that you can choose to relax by the pool without being bothered by the sounds of the city, or you can choose to visit one of the many attractions that Lagos has to offer. The reception was really helpful with this.They managed to show a local like me a thing or two about the city. The decor of the hotel puts several others to shame. The lounges and rooms were airy and cool, with beautiful pieces of furniture. Even the art was impressive, showing off the best of what Africa had to offer. It seemed like a gallery. The gym is fully equipped with a capable instructor on stand-by. I have long since registered with the gym. The bar was pleasant, with poolside seating in the midst of one of the finest tropical gardens i have ever seen and the food was fantastic as well. The staff were cordial and friendly without being over bearing. The rooms were comfortable, fully equipped with a well stocked mini fridge, quick wired internet and satellite television. The power shower and good quality toiletries only helped improve the experience. By the end of my first night I was literally left speechless and begging for more.
