"We enjoyed this property enough to book it again in May. It’s a quick 5min walk to the cleveland clinic cancer center, The reason for our stay. The grocery store downstairs was the best part. We were able to make our meals at the condo. We ubered to little italy and the baseball field for less then $15. Friendly staff and they even had an eclipse party on the outdoor area with music, pizza and soda. My only complaints was our dishwasher didn’t work any the water had a sulfer smell the first...

"Checked in after midnight and had a warm welcome by the clerk. Room was clean and blissfully cool. Only feedback would have been instructions for key return. Went to check out at 5am and didn’t have clear instructions on what to do. Called emergency line posted on the door and was directed to either leave keys in room or in lobby due to desk clerk not being available. A secure drop box or instructions would have helped."

"Do not go. Do not trust online reviews that have this place rated a 4. It was so dirty. We complained they came and said they re cleaned but it was still so dirty. The washrooms had urine all on the floor by the toilet. The carpet was awful we wore shoes the entire time. The kitchen was incredibly dirty, I cleaned it but would not use. If we didn’t have a sporting event near and limited accommodations, I would have left. Expedia needs to remove this place. Surprised they even have it listed...

"The place was damaged with holes in the walls, they had closet doors laying against the wall and to top it off the kitchen was dirty along with ROACHES crawling on the walls and one was on the bed. I've never been more mortified and disgusted by a property. "

"Dirty, 1/4" of fungus growing in toilet, no dishes, no glasses couldn't even brush our teeth, trash left in room, stepped on wood screw, carpet filthy. Tried to refuse room but no others were available or were up steps to second floor. Couldn't do 2nd floor because no elevator in those buildings and wife is handicapped and they knew this when I booked the room. Trash cans outside were overflowing, dirty diaper laying by the entrance door. Dumpster stacked to overflowing and huge pile of trash...

"No AC, ran out of toilet paper notified management by text. They said it would be taken care of. Never was. Had to sleep with the windows open. Very very noisy all night long "

"Our three units were NOT ready at check-in time. We waited a half-hour and when they still were not ready, we left to get something to eat. Secondly, when the reservation was made, the listing said breakfast was included. About 3 weeks before we arrived, an email was sent from the property saying they no longer provided breakfast. VERY dissapointing, and too late to find other lodging with three separate rooms. Most concerning was the trash littered on the ground outside our door as well as in...

"We enjoyed a girls weekend. Close access to coffee shops, restaurants, bars and boutiques. Awesome time ."

"Nothing fancy. Just a simple stay with everything we needed. The primary bedroom’s mattress could certainly use a change… but I’m 7 months pregnant. Ample coffee and hot water in the shower. My guess is the upstairs neighbor is a smoker… if you’re overly sensitive to cigarette smoke, you’ll notice immediately. Overall, a great stay to visit family for Easter."
