"Amazing staff and beautiful grounds! Top shelf booze!!! Did not like the beach want very walkable…. Lots of rocks . Resort should have different colored tiles on the steps of the pool… very hard to see until you smash your toes😳"

"The condo itself was good. Just what we needed for size. The 2 beds were comfortable. 2 of my children had to sleep on the pull out couch (which is no big deal normally) however the if they were too far up the bed collapsed back inward on them, the mattress was very skinny and stained. The patio was good with a great view of the ocean. However it was not private as there was only a small chain separating the other patios. So people from the other condos would be able to walk through our patio...

"I really enjoyed my stay. I liked that there were seperate but adjacent areas for adults and families. The Beach was great and i was able to get a reservation for a nice dinner every night."

"Our room was very clean upon arrival, although we had to wait like 1 and a half for our room to be ready, the pool staff is extremely friendly and the food is good.. this is a family friendly hotel however is fine to relax.. the only disappointing thing is that there was no kids activities during our stay."

"The good We really enjoyed the staff and the hotel itself. The bad. Not a lot of food options for non Mexican dishes and we had zero hot water in our suite. We talked to numerous staff and they said that there was nothing they could do. We also had to ask 3 of our 7 days to have our mini bar restocked. I know these seem like minor issues but we spend a lot of money to not have a hot shower for a week. "
