"We had a great time. We loved the house. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed. We loved sitting on the porch and listening to the creek. One suggestion I would have. We had 6 adults and could not all have a seat in the living area. Maybe get a love seat to replace one of the chairs? However, we spent most of our time around the table talking and playing games. Thank you for a great stay!!"

"This was a much needed vacation and Frank's home is a slice of heaven. From Boots the cat mascot that lives outside to the lovely, grassy acres all around, it was amazing. Also, Frank is helpful and amazing if there happens to be any questions, communication was basically instant. The house itself is cute and cozy and with 3 bedrooms completely handled our needs. Will stay here again for sure."

"Great location out away from it all with shopping a short drive away. Ideal setting for me trying to get away from it all. Spent most of my time in the "garage" which is a really nice setup."

Every amenity you might want is available. Location is close to Franklin and only 25 mins to Nashville."

"Very clean and comfortable property. We had no issues with any part of the stay. It appears that we might have been the first to stay since listed as most of the items common to the house still had tags on them or in the boxes. The listing discription said it has a hot tub but it does not, that wasnt a deal breaker for us though. They might have just checked the wrong box by mistake when creating the listing. The master bath does have a deep soaker like tub however. App communication was good...

"It was a beautiful home well taken care of. Homeowner was a delight to work with. Tennessee had tornados the evening we were coming in and she text me told us to travel safely. We had a 9 hr drive ahead of us and we needed to have a place to sleep as we were coming in a 330am. She accomidated us so we could get some much needed rest. We will be back was a beautiful home. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub one evening. Wish we could have taken advantage of all the other amenities like the fire pit,...

"The house was perfect for our group. It was very comfortable and roomy. Some light bulbs were burnt out which could have been better. One night the power was going off and on but not sure what the cause for that would have been. Could have used some storage bags for food but made do. Beds were very comfortable and living room configuration worked great for our group of 4. Thank you so much!"

"This is a wonderful property and exactly what we wanted. Not far from conveniences (15 minutes) and larger city if we wanted to visit Nashville (30 minutes) but such a peaceful and restful place to visit. Fox and Locke is a great restaurant within a couple of miles so easy to grab something. The main house is great for two people or small children on the sofa bed. The second space is great if you have two couples or some older children to have their own space. It was beautiful!"

"We came to Nashville to celebrate Christmas and go to ICE at the Gaylord Opryland hotel. The house was perfect for our 3 sons, two wives and 4 grandchildren. The home was beautifully decorated for Christmas and the kitchen had everything we needed to fix meals. The beds were very comfortable and in the bathrooms were shampoo, body wash, etc. Everything was so clean and nicely decorated. We really felt at home. The pool looked nice too. We’d love to come again in warmer weather."

"Every thing was as presented. many interesting details and decora. Great country feeling We used the firepit and amble supply of fire wood on hand. Barbecued 1 evening using the supplied grill. Draw backs; bq grill barely cooked. dirty burners? Master bathroom needs much better lighting at the sink. Only 1 tv of 3 was used. Never could get Wi fi to work. Howver bedroom tv worked. But a great atmosphere overall."

"This place was nice and cozy. Felt more like an apartment. However, there was a lot of dust on the walls. Whenever we went to take the couch bed out there was a lot of crumb and even a sewing pin up under the mattress."
