"This property worked perfectly for our family of four. Gave our adult sons their own space and bathroom, while my husband and I had our own room and bathroom. Close enough to downtown for a reasonable Uber cost. We played 3 of the public golf courses and all were within a short drive. So much nicer to stay where you have all the amenities of home than in a single room hotel for a similar price."

"This home was perfect for our needs. Away from the hustle and bustle, yet convenient to downtown Nashville. The decor was perfection. Just a heads up: One room didn’t provide privacy due to clear glass doors and owners do have a cat so for people allergic to cats be aware! It was overall cleaned well but I still had to take allergy meds. Definitely recommend staying here."

"Here for a conference and family’s first time in a vacation rental. It was great! The location is minutes away from everything you need and close enough to Nash but not too close. The back patio was delightful! We enjoyed our stay!"

"We enjoyed the house, we prepared our meals and found everything we needed. Suggestions: repair ice maker, provide more toilet paper, paper towels and kleenex. The street in front of the house is extremely noisy, ambulances with sirens run in front of the house quite frequently. If your a sound sleeper it shouldn't be a problem. Also, the bunk beds are not friendly for older people, it is difficult to climb and up down the ladder especially in the dark,"

"Overall great location, if I could make a few recommendations, the window shades in the bedrooms are not dark enough, there were Numerous small black ants in the kitchen. The king size room with attached bathroom on 3rd floor, friends said tub drained slow. Bathroom on second floor, Friends said sink drained slow. The doors front and back were not able to be locked, back door was easier to unlock, garage door was fine."

"We had a great time at this property for a spring break vacation with the whole family. It was a very clean and spacious property. We were close to most of the Nashville attractions. Our only minor inconvenience was parking. The street fills up fast and our second parking spot was occupied most of the time."

We found it quite noisy as we backed on the lane where trucks came and emptied dumpsters before 7 am, as well as the very near and busy fire department. Guess that’s downtown living! The property is clean and well run. Instructions for check in and check out were very good. Would definitely make a second stay. "
