"Great stay and good location "

"Our second time visiting and we have rebooked for a 3rd Nicole was amazing despite some issues with VRBO and the washing machine she was in constant communication. It was great to add linen to our booking this year. The appartment is a good size we are 2 families equalling 10 people. Ski in/ out was still possible even in April Good sized rooms with plenty of views of the slops outside. Nicole added items to the kitchen from our last stay which made things even easier."

"This was our second visit to Kaya. It won't be our last. The staff were incredible. The location is breathtaking and the access to the 3 Valleys is perfect. Facilities ticked every box. Really nice pool, steam room and sauna. the breakfast filled us up for a long day on the mountains. The evening meals weren't the best value compared to nearby restaurants but were still delicious. This place is an absolute winner. "

"fantastic property in a superb location, ski in and out to the ski locker door. close enough to town to go for shopping/apres etc but not too close to be disturbed by any nightlife. we hosted a games night for friends who were staying in VT the same week, we had 12 (mainly) adults in the living room sitting comfortably. Dimitri was excellent with responding to any questions."

"Great place to stay.. we stayed for 4 nights 2 adults and my 13 year old son.. the only things I’d say..!! is it’s pointless having a kitchen in the apartment, if you do not give a few more facilities for people to use.. we did not go for breakfast as we only eat small before hitting the slopes.. it’s obvious that the hotel restricts any cutlery to force people to eat there or eat out., personally I run 5 holiday rentals and would never restrict items from a property.. the place is restricted by the lack of kitchen facilities in the apartment. Providing some basic kitchen amenities could indeed enhance the guest experience and flexibility. just the little things added certainly would give the hotel a much better rating, as guests do need the options..!! We had to use the multi tool cork screw with tiny pen knife. Lucky we’ve survival skills to adapt 👍😎"

"Very clean condo, kitchen well appointed. The size is right for a small group or a family. We were 3 adults and it felt just right. Shower and toilet are in separate rooms and although the shower cabin is quite spacious, the toilet room is very small, a tall person might find it difficult to close the door once sitting down. That said, we could not find any other downside for this place. The location is absolutely fantastic, in the middle of the village, with access to slopes, shops, restaurants within a minute of walking. Would definitely go back."
