"This house was built in the early 1900s and has all the charm and ambience of stepping into the Biltmore house! Each room was uniquely decorated in Historical antiques. The breakfast served in the morning is served at an early 19th century dining room table with elegance and unbelievable flare! The food was out of this world, and the staff was unbelievably helpful! We will definitely be back! "

"We came to Charlotte for a George Strait concert and chose this hotel bc it was a good enough distance away from the venue and the price was great compared to others. Our room was clean, it felt cool and crisp when we walked in the room which we loved and if there were people in the rooms next to us, we had no idea. It was quiet and comfortable. Loved the bed! Room had a nice layout (king bed room).I rated everything excellent because there was nothing wrong with our stay (and I also would NEVER rate a hotel poorly because of the noise of others) It is not the staff’s fault if inconsiderate, loud ass people stay at the hotel. Ladonna and Keisha were so nice and very accommodating. They are 5 stars as well . "
