This beautiful home has 2 bedroom and 2 bath, a large Living/Dining and Kitchen area for entertaining.

The Dining area features comfortable seating. The kitchen is fully loaded which includes silverware, baking, cooking pots and utensils with updated appliances. Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Our cozy home is well furnished, decorated and will provide great comfort throughout your entire stay. The home includes all linens, bed sheets, towels, pillows and blankets.

There is a King bed in the master bedroom as well a queen in the guest room and queen pullout couch.Comfort is one of our top priorities.

Our spacious living room provides a 55" flat screen smart TV that will allow you to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. You will also have access to our private WiFi.

The backyard is my personal favorite, our own Oasis. Fully fenced, enjoy your privacy in our large above ground pool or hot tub. Want to relax and grill some steaks? Relax by our fire pit and enjoy the use of our BBQ. If you enjoy the outdoors but don't enjoy natures critters watch the sunset from our screened in patio. We have games, kayaks and a paddle board, you can take to beach.

The lot is very spacious with large yard with plenty of space for parking a Boat trailer or RV.

Our Paradise is conveniently located in central Marathon. You will have many options to choose from when searching for restaurants and supermarkets. SOMBRERO BEACH - only is only 2.5 miles away. If you are bringing your boat with you there are plenty boat ramps near our home. Luckily, it is only located five minutes away and you are able to park your car and enjoy a day out in the water.
Key west is 50 minutes away
Bahia Honda beach is 15 minutes away.
We allow pets for an extra fee. Only allow the amount of guest put on revervation. No parties.

Excellent house for a Keys vacation
This house is roomy, clean, and located perfectly in Marathon for anywhere in the Keys you may want to travel to. The hot tub, pool, and grill were well used by us all, and communication with the host was immediate and friendly. We will stay there again on next trip to the Florida Keys.

Marathon Key Gem
The house had ample room and was very clean and uncluttered. But the backyard/porch was an oasis. Pool, hot tub, fire pit, gas grill and games. We also had use of a paddleboard, cooler, umbrella and beach chairs when we visited the pristine Sombrero Beach. We also were less than a block away from a cute Tiki bar and Taco truck where we met many friendly people. This was a great vacation property!

Great Clean Property
The property was clean, clean, clean. Great location where you can easily take day trips and visit from Miami to Key West. I would highly recommend. 4 adults stayed very comfortably. My grandchildren would have loved the back yard, with the pool and hot tub.

I have a lot to talk about this property! Is a really nice house! Everything was very clean! Great location in marathon! Beautiful back yard! My kids really enjoyed! Love the pool and hot tub! But the only thing we didn’t like about this house is that it has cameras in the entrance door! And I feel that there is not much privacy!

Exactly what we needed.
We have a 13 yo boy & 18 yo twin girls. We all loved the house and used the pool and hot tub every day. House was stocked with everything we needed, including towels, coolers, beach chairs/umbrella for days at the beach. Easy drive to Key West. Pay attention to garbage day on Monday, in case you arrive a few days ahead.

Beautiful and comfortable home!
My family and I loved staying here! The home was clean, organized, and provided everything we needed! The backyard was our favorite spot. Having the pool and hot tub was the icing on the cake for our trip, my daughter loved getting in the pool every day! Having the kayaks to use was another huge bonus! Communication with the property manager was always prompt and pleasant!

A slice of heaven
This property was a beautiful, well appointed location. It was in a nice quiet neighborhood. There is taco truck and a bar located one street over. One street in the opposite direction is a health food store with a cafe. It was such a beautiful place to have as a home base.

Spent the month of February at Jean Carlos house. The house is well appointed with everything you need for a great stay. I’m an early riser and I loved hanging out in the hot tub with my coffee. The pool was perfect after a couple of hours of bike riding or a day at the beach. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a gourmet meal. The house is close to the grocery, restaurants and the beach. Make sure you check out the Tiki bar behind the house on the next block which has music on Tuesday and Thursday night. Get a lobster Reuben at Key fisheries or couch fritters at The Steak and Lobster, try the barbecue and beer at Herbie’s just like on triple D. Breakfast at the wooden spoon and sunsets at the Lazy Daze. Go boating, fishing and kayaking. Don’t forget to check out Key West. The keys are loaded with fun.

Great House for A Getaway
My Boyfriend and I came down to the Keys for a wedding. Picked this place to stay for the trip. The property was great, clean, and very welcoming. The hot tub was very relaxing after long days, and the location was right around from this nice health food cafe. Loved that each bedroom had a full bath. Would definitely recommend, and would book again.

Marathon getaway
The property was convenient located in the heart of Marathon close to grocery stores and restaurants. A taco truck and tiki bar was only a block away. The house was very roomy with a large fenced in back yard, pool and hot tub. Plenty of items for the beach as well. The best beach in the Keys is literally a 5 min drive away. We were very pleased with our stay and recommend this property to anyone wanting a relaxing stay in the fabulous Keys.

Perfect house, Perfect location
When we walked into the house there was only one surprise and it was the fact the house was exactly as described and just like all the pictures, which doesn't always happen. The house is well equipped inside and out. After a long day of exploring the Keys our group really enjoy sitting in the pool watching the planes coming and going from the airport. The owner is very helpful and responds quickly to our questions. We will definitely stay here again.

Little Retreat in Paradise
We loved our week here in Marathon! The owner messaged us the morning of check in and let us know we could check into the home early, as it was ready! When we arrived everything was clean and looked exactly as described/in photos. The home was more than well stocked with everything you would need for a week stay! We went out stocked up on food/drink for our stay as well. She does also provide dish soap and hand washes which I thought was super awesome! We did bring our own toiletries, but she did also provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash (we didn’t use). There was a washer and dryer, which we needed about two days in after a day in the ocean at Sombrero Beach lol, but it’s awesome to have for the towels or laundering clothes. We all loved the patio and backyard, it’s a very awesome set up, we spent a ton of time back there. I will caution to get bug spray for the dusk or evenings! There are these almost invisible biting insects called noseeums and they leave terrible bites (worse than mosquitoes) my youngest face/head got 20 bites one evening while out in the pool. I found out that dawn/dusk right near water is their favorite feeding times. So, we just stayed away from the pool during these times, before we purchased bug spray. This was not the owners fault, just nature doing it’s thing. The kids loved the pool, they used it everyday (several times most days), us adults did too, there were a few pool floaties as well. The beds were all comfy, even the pull out couch bed! There are two TVs, a huge one in main living area and one smaller one in guest bedroom. We spent time sightseeing, eating out and time enjoying the house. This was not my first time in Marathon and there is plenty to do/see. We loved being able to hang out at the house some days or prepare meals at home some evenings. I feel the location was centrally located, right in the middle of everything not only in Marathon, but The Keys in general. Depending on traffic Robbie’s of Islamorada (the famous Tarpon feeding spot) is about 30 mins north, Key West is about an hour south, all the fishing/boating charters you could ask for! It’s really up to you what type of vacation you want or how busy you want to be, at the end of the day you want a comfy, clean home to come back to or hang out at and we felt we had that! We would stay again or recommend to friends!! Thank you so much, we had a amazing week in Marathon!
