"We didn’t receive instructions to access the property and the owner didn’t respond to communications. It took an hour on the phone with VRBO who also left messages with owner. The owner called and provided the access code. Arriving for bed, we pulled out the trundle bed. Upon pulling it out, there were no sheets and the mattress was covered in filth and crumbs.
