“I absolutely fell in love with this place. We stayed at the Deluxe Ocean View suite at Beach Place Guesthouses, and honestly, it was one of the most unique and atmospheric places I’ve ever experienced. The moment you walk into the property, it feels like you’ve stepped into another world — like a tiny hidden tropical village. The whole place has this magical atmosphere with little bungalow-style homes, palm trees, bridges, fountains, hammocks, tropical plants, sculptures, and cozy hidden……

“No soap, no nothing. Marina and Aqualodge smelled soooo bad like sewage. We could not stay in there. Moved to a house. Beds were really lumpy. Pool was closed the entire time we were there. Deer are adorable.”

“Came here for our honeymoon, we absolutely loved it! Clean, the bar and food truck was perfect.”

“I was extremely disappointed with the condition of this room and the lack of support during my stay. The room was clearly not properly maintained or cleaned before check-in. The refrigerator was dirty, the windowsills were covered in dirt, and there was rust on the door hinges, metal shelves, and even inside the bathtub. The blinds were broken, and two of the bunk beds were missing screws, which felt unsafe. There were also multiple maintenance issues throughout the room, including peeling……

“His was a replacement property after my inital booking was canceled same day. I did not receive the check-in details until 1 hour after arriving. I had to call at 4:10 to ask about my check-in. I was told the property was not ready and I would have to wait was given the door code for one available. Upon entering the property, the master bedroom did not appear to have been seen. The floors were sticky and dirty. The pool was dirty and the fire detector kept going off until Maintenance came to……

“This property was everything we wanted...although not on the beach, it was a short walk to the beach and chairs, umbrellas, coolers and wagons were provided to the beach. The pool area was very comfortable and clean. We like that there were only 6 units...each was unique and very clean. We stayed in "The Nook" which was perfect for our getaway.”
