There is almost no traffic on the street but it connects to a through highway with easy access to nearby services. Old Orchard Beach is nearby with scenic ocean views. “We had such a wonderful week at the cottage! It was very comfortable, clean and well stocked. Having Branch Lake a few steps from the house was amazing. We swam and canoed several days and explored Ellsworth, Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. Of course, we couldn’t miss the popovers at the Jordan Pond House. We loved the cottage (as well as Maggie from next door) and hope to return. ”

Close to everything you might want to do for hiking and excursions but once you're sitting on the deck at the lake you really feel like you've "gotten away". Appreciate the full kitchen and towels and linens for the house. Hope to be able to return again in the future. ”
