“The house is situated in a quiet, peaceful location with an incredible view. We watched lobster boats come and go and seals fishing in the bay. A fantastic place to spend a few days! The house is small and no-frills, but clean, comfortable and well-maintained. We appreciated how it was far enough from Bar Harbor to avoid the August crowds, but close enough to go there for the day. Check in/out was straightforward, and communication was excellent.”

“This is a very special experience for two reasons: The cottage is newly renovated 2025 and the owners used fine high quality workmanship throughout. It almost lacks by no fault of its own the " summer cottage" feeling, but for my husband and myself, we were ready for a sparkling and trendy pied-a-terre just minutes from the ocean. I believe we were the second people to occupy the little house.The owners live nearby, were extremely attentive to any needs, and appreciative of our leaving the……

“We returned for the second time to this location. Frank and Bojana are very accommodating. We either called or texted if we needed something. The kitchen is well stocked with all the items you need. If you can’t find something, open a cabinet or drawer. We needed some help getting Netflix going and Frank and Bo were right on it. There is an outdoor grill for each unit that works and wood and a fire pit. Beer, wine and water in the refrigerator at check in. The water was nice for those hot lake……

We had great communication with Tracy; check-in was clear and we especially enjoyed the Welcome basket upon arrival and recommendations for the activities in the area. Everything you need is available. We were able to make meals, had local lobster which was so good and bike to the beach every day-it was only a mile or so away. “We loved this property. It was sparkling clean and perfect for our needs. I was there with my mother who is struggling with cancer. We were unsure that we she was going to be well enough to come but on the day we were schedule to go she said, "Ok, let's do it" and we did. It was marvelous.
