“The cabin was clean, but as I have seen in some of the other reviews it wasn not up to par. The shower knobs were not working properly. The sink in bathroom was very loose. Wifi was pretty bad. We had reported that the coffee maker was broken and there was no response or nothing done to fix it Pretty disappointing. Overall the bed was comfortable and the cabin itself was cute definitely needs some maintenance attention.”

“Based on the pictures online, we thought the cottage we were renting had a water view. It does not have a water view. I would not have paid $300/night if I had known there was not a water view.”

“Super fun house and spot. The views were amazing, sunsets, peaceful and quiet. This is a rustic seasonal home but we really loved it. A little chilly till we found some more blankets. There is a propane fireplace which heats it up quickly but I would not leave that on overnight. The second bedroom is in a separate little studio and so you need to go outside to go to the cottage to use the bathroom. Also we did not notice re the tap water not potable and we used for coffee and tea :) so……

“The property host was difficult to communicate with from the beginning and throughout our stay. The property listing stated a 2pm check-in. We arrived around 5pm and our rental had not been cleaned. The property owner could not commit to when the property would be cleaned and ready for us. Most frustrating was the lack of acknowledgement about the inconvenience or apology for the circumstances. Additionally, laundry is listed as an amenity. The host appeared to be frustrated when I inquired……
