Great location don't let the outside fool you, inside was great!
Perfect spot, very clean. Amazing gal that cleans took great care of us. Change the phone number on the sign, 3 years old....the guy doesn't own it anymore and the property manager 's phone mailbox was full!! Beds are comfortable and the living room is huge!

Great homebase
This is a perfect place for your Moab adventures. It has all of the amenities you’ll need. The beds are really comfortable. Despite being near hwy 191, its dead quiet at night. Would stay here again!

A lot of problems
The place was clean and the wifi worked. There were multiple electric problem. The AC did not work. The ceiling fans in both bedrooms did not work. We reached out to management and never got a phone call back. We had to buy box fans to get some relief.

Very clean and comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom. It was a perfect place to stay a little outside the town of Moab, but still close enough to go out for dinner, etc.

Good family rental
This rental gave us plenty of room for a family of 5 to spread out. We had a small hiccup at the beginning where the correct property address was not listed. When we reached out to the property manager, she said she didn’t work there anymore and couldn’t help us, but we tried the code to the 3 different units and eventually found the one we rented. Once inside, everything was clean and in good condition. Would stay again, but would make sure we had the property address info in advance.
