Perfect for a family stay.
After sifting through dozens of options in the same price range we settled on this property. The place was clean, furnishings were like new, in a great location, and the perfect size for the family to all have some space. We had a few small issues pop up that were handled promptly and professionally by the listing service. Highly recommended!

Mice problem
The place was nice and in good location. But on the day we checked out we noticed bread on the counter had gotten eaten by mice and then the goldfish in another bag had a hole in bag from mice. Totally disgusted!!! We had heard scurrying around at night and saw a mouse outside, but seems as though it was in the house.

The home was clean, stocked and as it was listed. Like most corp owned homes it had very little in the pantry so bring your own seasonings etc. Loved the hot tub and the evening view of the canyon. We would book again if in the area

Desert Family getaway
My family enjoyed our stay at Rim view. It was the perfect floor plan for our family with littles. They loved the bunk beds. Although it is a bit south of town, it is right off of 191 so easy to make trips into and around Moab. We especially loved the hot tub after a full day of activities.

Location and views were perfect!
Experience was good. House was clean. The only problem was the wind kept blowing the cover off the hot tub causing sand and dirt in the hot tub so we were unable to use it. But we liked that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped. The coffee pot could be replaced, it took quite a while to brew a pot of coffee

Great stay south of Moab
Very cute place! Nice and clean, comfortable beds and well stocked house in terms of towels, blankets, kitchen supplies, etc. Loved using the hot tub under the beautiful starry sky. Was a little further outside of Moab than we expected but nothing problematic. Some mentioned the highway noise but we didn’t notice it. Check in & out was super easy with no problems. Perfect size for 3 adults & 3 kids. Overall great Moab visit!

Very nice condo, well decorated. Had the necessary‘s for cooking, the minimum is on utensils. But still did the trick. Didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub but did go out and take a look at it. Looked great view is amazing and location is out-of-the-way of downtown so very quiet. Did have some mouse droppings in one of the bathrooms, but given the field and openness of the area it’s not surprising. Still very nice place to visit

Awesome property
We stayed with our 4 kids and had plenty of room. Love the neighborhood and just down the street from the busy tourist spots. Night sky is amazing. Our kids loved using the hot tub under the stars. Kitchen and dining has plenty of room and we were able to make breakfast and dinner. We can’t wait to come back and visit Moab!

Great park access
Great place. Near both parks. Plenty of room for our for kids and for adult family. Beds were comfy. Really enjoyed the hot tub! There is some road noise from the highway, but you can really only hear it when you are outside. Only complaint is similar to others – – the kitchen needs to be better stocked. We had very limited utensils, plates, cups, pans. But they were very responsive and brought us more utensils the very next day. Great stay. Would recommend

Last leg of So. Utah Trip
This quiet retreat was the third place we stayed while visiting southern Utah. It is located about 5 minutes south of Moab. Getting in was easy with great instructions. Access to garage was a nice benefit. While it was not as well stocked as other rentals we've stayed at, it was sufficient. Open floor plan allows for gathering without being on top of each other. Bedrooms are small but comfortable. We made use of the hot tub after hiking all day. It was working perfectly and was a welcome respite. We would recommend this property to anyone travelling to the Moab Area.

Great little spot outside of Moab!
My wife and two toddlers and I stayed here for four nights while exploring Moab, Arches, and canyonlands. We found the cabin to be very clean and well updated. We were really impressed at how spacious it was inside compared to how it appears from the outside! We found it fairly well equipped overall despite what other reviews say, though our one negative was that the propane on the grill was so tight/seized that we could not grill. It is tight to the Highway but the back of this unit faces the mountain so we really had no issue with noise when sleeping or even when out back. Also, make sure to actually follow the directions that Vacada provides to the place, Waze and Google maps both send you to a sketchy place across/down the street.

Nice house; needs a deep clean
This was a nice, comfortable house while the home was surface-level clean, it needs a deep clean (caked dust on vents and fans, clogged drains). Dining chairs also need some repair. We did report a broken cabinet door, and the rental company sent someone to fix it right away.

Rim View was the perfect spot for our family to enjoy Moab! The house was spacious, quiet and comfortable, and had everything we needed to feel at home. The views of the Moab Rim were unbeatable, especially at sunset. We highly recommend Rim View!

We had a nice stay. Property was great. We had plenty of room for our family of 6. Only problem was some of dishes weren’t clean and had old food in them. And ceiling fans desperately needed cleaning. Despite those things we would stay again.

Nice house, but kitchen supplies should be replaced
We loved the house. It’s a little out of the way but the view out the back was amazing! The layout was great for three couples. Very roomy and nicely decorated. However, most everything in the kitchen could use an update. The pots and pans are not good and the knives are so dull. We made do, but our experience would have been better if the kitchen was better appointed. Also the dining chairs were very rickety. We never felt fully confident they would hold our weight! And we are not big people!

Beautiful house with lots of parking!
Everything in the home was updated, and trust me it was beautiful. Neighborhood is placed right in the middle of lots of Jeep trails right off 191. The only issues we had was getting responses through the VRBO messaging and the chairs for the dining room table were falling out. Other than that, a fantastic house that I would stay in next time I return to Moab!

House was great . Location was favorable . Had some issues . The lock box was coded wrong . Was on hold with property management for 45 mins . Finally gave us the correct code . No gas for the grill . Chairs for the kitchen table were falling apart . Screws were falling out . Had to repair them. Location was great . We enjoyed our stay once we got in . Past reviews also complained about getting in so that is very disappointing that it continues to be a problem .

Great Property for Moab Vacation
This place is great! Very easy to access and was really nice. My fiancee and I stayed here and it was nice to have separate bedrooms and bathrooms, which were all great. The hot tub is amazing for viewing the stars on a cold winter evening. January is the best time to avoid crowds at the National Parks. Great experience!
