Welcome to our vacation home, and your home away from home in Moab.

Our spacious single-level townhome in Rim Village was built in 2006, and was furnished and decorated in fall of 2010, with updates in 2023-24. With its 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, it is ready to welcome you and your family or group as you enjoy the Moab area.

We have furnished our townhome with luxury and comfort in mind. The living room has a leather couch and loveseat, plus 2 ottomans, which provide very comfortable seating for all. The gas fireplace will keep you warm during those cold fall and winter days and evenings. A big-screen LCD HD TV with DirecTV, along with a DVD player is available for your entertainment, as is a CD player. We have free secure high speed WI-FI for any of you who bring a computer, and want to stay in touch with the outside world.

The dining area has a large table with plenty of seating. With the fully equipped kitchen, you can cook and eat in if you don’t want to go out to dinner. A gas grill and table and chairs on the walled patio provide the perfect spot for dining al fresco while enjoying the view of the Moab Rim and the surrounding red rock of the Moab Valley.

The master bedroom has a king bed, its own gas fireplace, and a big-screen LCD HD TV with DirecTV, and DVD player. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third has 2 twin beds. Each of the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms has its own LCD HD TV with DVD player. The 3 bedrooms will sleep 6 comfortably.

The 2-car garage provides space for your car and any of your vehicle “toys” to be stored securely. There is also off-street parking available.

Our townhome has views in multiple directions. From the windows of the living room, the red rock of the Moab Valley can be seen. From the kitchen, the morning sun on the Moab Rim will help wake you up. The patio provides views to all, plus the La Sal mountain peaks.

The Moab area offers so much – biking, hiking, fishing, white-water rafting, four-wheeling, and Arches and Canyonlands National Parks! This condo is conveniently located to all, and close to town, with its shopping and restaurants. You can even stay here and take day-trips (1-2 hours one-way) to numerous other areas – Mesa Verde, Monument Valley, Natural Bridge National Monument, Colorado National Monument, and more. After all this activity, be sure to relax in the Rim Village complex’s hot tub and pool.

My wife and I, my cousin and his wife just completed a 10 day stay. The rental was clean when we arrived and everything worked in the unit. The entire complex is very nice and clean. Perfect location to enjoy everything Moab has to offer. If we come back to Moab, we will definitely stay here again.

Read the owners directions - Google Maps will not get you there!!! Great location, clean and comfortable. Master bed mattress was the most comfortable I have slept on! Close to parks and far enough away from bustle and noise of downtown Moab.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The property is south of town--great night skies! Excellent location for both Arches and Canyonlands. The home was well-maintained and very clean. The property guidebook was comprehensive (which was very helpful). Small touches like nightlights in the bathrooms were much appreciated. I would highly recommend this property.

Our stop in Moab was part of a multi state SXS adventure. The condo was perfect for us. Instructions and directions for everything were perfectly available. Parking for our SXS’s was right in front of the condo. Next time we are in Moab, this is where we will stay.

Everything was perfect. The unit was furnished with everything we needed and more. It was very comfortable, clean, and well maintained. Overall we enjoyed our stay. However, we had three couples staying with us for the steak n suds golf tournament. the initial review of the property showed a twin and a double in the third bedroom. We knew whoever ended up with that room was going to be either crowded or separated. That part we understood. When we got there the third bedroom has two twin bed (so one couple was completely separated) they were not thrilled but worked with it. The first morning they both complained how uncomfortable the tiny mattresses were. The place itself was very comfortable our only issue was the sleeping arrangement in the third bedroom. Im sure if they were kids the twin beds would have been fine, but they were adults. Obviously much bigger and heavier than kids. We truly liked the VRBO our only complaint was the misrepresentation of the third bedroom.

Great Unit in a Great Location
The condo was very clean, comfortable, spacious, and well stocked. The Rim Villages are a haven for outdoor adventurers looking to spend some time in Moab. The grounds are well maintained and welcoming and very accommodating if you have extra vehicles in tow. Everything was as listed and the location was perfect for our Jeeping adventures. Our master bedroom bed was very comfortable. The boys enjoyed the shared pool after a day out in the Moab summer heat. We love this area and the condo has everything you’ll need.

Really liked the fact the condo is all on one level! No hauling luggage up and down stairs like we had to do in prior townhouse in same development. Very nice and comfortable sofas, bedding and etc. Next time in Moab we will definitely be back to this condo! Many thanks for a clean abd comfortable stay!

This property is about 10 minute drive from the main street in Moab. The house is located in a newer sub division and is well maintained and decorated nicely. We were very comfortable with plenty of room for the 4 of us to spread out. The pool and hot tub are just a short walk down the street. The owners were great communicators and answered all my questions prior to arriving. It was a nice surprise they had containers filled with laundry and dishwasher soap as well as some other extras to make our stay better. We would definitely recommend this VRBO and would stay here again.

We enjoyed a three generation Spring break in this beautiful condo! It was very clean, uncluttered, and comfortable for our family.
