"Lovely old but glamorous hotel "

"Very nicely restored palazzo, with an interesting mix of new and well preserved old facilities. Our room was large and comfortable. The bath tub/shower was high and a bit difficult to get in and out of—badly needs a grab bar for safe access. Breakfast was ample and diverse enough to accommodate all tastes. Staff very accommodating. Narrow streets, many of which were further limited by ongoing construction projects, made parking virtually impossible and each time we took the car for visits to the surrounding areas, it became an adventure in navigation. The hotel valet parked the car and returned it when requested. That worked well—all our explorations in the ancient city itself were on foot. The early June weather was perfect—but would not have been nice in the rain. All in all, a great central location, excellent staff, nice room. Make sure you rent a small car! With GPS!"

"This is an incredibly nice hotel and possibly one of the highest value hotels I’ve ever stayed in across Europe over many decades. It’s more modern than cute but very, very comfortable everything. "

"Our hostess was gracious and ready for us, meeting us outside as we arrived. In her limited English, she was attentive and friendly. The facility has seen better days and needs maintenance. Everything was clean and tidy, but like the light fixtures that needed new bulbs, the place was in need of small repairs. "

"My family is from this amazing area and it was nice to see nothing has chaged since i was last here! As a child, I attended Mass at the basilica of S. Emidio. Still as beautiful now as it was then.....it's just less scary now ;) Staff was amazing! Stefania was SO helpful in our check in and locating the parking! The star was Azzura! She was a sweet as they come and made sure our service was perfect! Truly beautiful people here! "

He is unique host with his willingness to help and to make your stay perfect . Highly recommend for group of friends , families with kids ( great pool) and any other group . We will be back"
