"Nice Resort for any couple"
Me and my girlfriend went to this hotel in April. We are mid 20s and definitely interested in the same types of activities. I would suggest you go here with someone that you get along with extremely well, someone you can hang out with and not have to do anything with to have fun.
For starters, I looked into the common complaints associated with the hotel. Number one was the "old" rooms, so I went with the newly remodeled Diana's oasis room. It was very nice, however the personal pool is like what everyone says, an oversized bath tub. Not only that, but I felt dirty going in it, the water was clean from what I can tell, but their was sand and dirt in the corner on the bottom of the pool. Besides that the room was perfect, the hot tub was nice, the bed was great and the bathroom as well.
The next common complain was the food, so we opted to purchase JUST the hotel room and activities. We ate at local restaurants, which honestly saved us a bunch of money and the food was amazing, I would recommend Nevil's Bloomin' Onion (make a reservation), dasaki, and the pioneer diner.
The hotel activities were fun, we did archery, basketball, a lot of Ping-Pong and pool, air hockey, and the hot tub in the game room was the BEST. It was a nice size, very clean and had a cool waterfall.
Overall: I gave it a 5/5 because we had a blast.
