We appreciated the labels on everything from remotes and light switches to drawers in the kitchen. Ricky was also a great host, very responsive, flexible - and very warm and kind. “Overall the house was perfect for family. The kids spent most of their time downstairs while adults and big kids hung out upstairs. The large deck and large table inside was perfect for family style meals and everything was accurate to the listing. Property Manager was quick with responses and when we had a minor plumbing issue, it was remedied quickly. Great location in the mountains and nearby the lake. ”

“This was our first family trip to the poconos. We stayed at the Eliot chalet, it was small and homey. it fit our family of 7 perfectly. The kids had a great time playing on the property and we visited a few of the community amenities. I would reccommend this for a big family. We even brought our dogs!”

“The property location is perfect; walking to the lake very convenient and the lake was beautiful and clean. The house was spacious with plenty of beds. Although the hot tub and kayak were broken, the owner provided a compensation. Great contact with the owner. She indicated they would add kayaks and replace the hot tub.”
