Bad place to stay

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Customer service, have heat on in the rooms, do some upgrades
Location: Location was good and close to some of the big name places!
A lot of things could have been way better.... Heat was off in the room. Was cold in lobby. Customer service lacked... I could go on!!!

Worse room I've ever stayed in

Went to check in had to wait about twenty mins till someone showed up. Once I was in my room I noticed the room was had several things damaged that were not fixed. Felt very unclean. Only good thing I can say about this hotel was it was clean

Reserved king size room 2 month as advanced, was not available by checking in. Non smoking r [m was reserved was not available, all description of the hotel at all was completely different

This is a Motel

Pros: The check-in/out personnel were friendly.
Cons: List this as a Motel / Motor Lodge as that it what it is.
This is a Motel, not a Hotel. There was a DJ at the bar until 2am +, which was loud enough to keep myself and my wife up through the night. Once the music ended, the noise from the other guests bringing the party back to their rooms took over.

I spent five nights at this hotel while beginning a new job and was very pleased by the competence of the staff when I needed to extend my stay remotely. The breakfast was of unexpected high quality and variety. The room was clean and room and room furnishings were in very good condition. I appreciated the bright lights in the room and enclosed walkway that enabled you to walk between buildings without risk from snow or ice.

The 1st room that we got was horrible!!! When I asked for another room I was given a much better stay.

We had a power outage and looked for a hotel in the area with a restaurant. When we checked in, it took several minutes for the desk staff to acknowledge me. She never at any point in our transaction looked at me. She never greeted me ( like no hello or good afternoon, no welcome). I told her I had a reservation. She had problems with her computer and after several minutes of discussing it with her manager she moved to another computer, never acknowledging the wait. I asked her about the restaurant, and she said it was closed (apparently for good). I said that's why we chose this hotel. She didn't respond at all. Rooms were clean. Continental breakfast was mediocre with no choices ( pancakes and hard boiled eggs) but the woman overseeing it was great. No sugarless sweeteners for coffee. Bed was old and worn, very uncomfortable.

My semi vacation

My stay was fine except they didn't have microwave in the room so if u wanted to heat food u had to go to the lobby. Breakfast was good especially the home fries. What I didn't like was when the Chinese were in the breakfast room the lady wanted us to sit elsewhere, that bother me iam paying just like they are. I did book another day. I plan on going back

Dear Cherie, Thank you so much for the great feedback of our breakfast.I am so sorry you mis- understood the Chinese group being here, they had a separate breakfast due to being paid for having a specific menu.They were exchange students visiting the country for the first time. The reason the hotel agent asked to be seated elsewhere is because there was two buffets.One for the hotel guest with what we have in our menu and the other was paid by the organizer of the students. Thank you so much.

It was cold even with the heat on very basic - if you just are there to crash and not relax or enjoy the room then this is not the place to go - soda machines outside room do not work
