"While the rooms were clean, i noted that the hair dryer had some hair entangled in it from a previous occupant. Other than that, this was an above average stay in Hill City, SD. The body wash, body lotion, shampoo snd conditioner was available in plenty. The front desk people were super friendly and nice ensuring a fast check in even when we were there 1 hour before check-in time. Highly recommended for Mount Rushmore visit, Black Hills and the Badlands national park."

"The lady at check in was very pleasant. The lovby looked clean. The dining area was clean. We wrnt to our room, which was also very clean. We made use of the refrigerator since we were just passing thru the area. Both the fridge and freezer worked great. Microwave also worked. Bathroom was clean. Had the breakfast the next morning. There was juice, coffee, yogurt, bagels, muffins, bread, biscuits & gravy, cereal and hard boiled eggs. Only thing missing was fresh fruit. Wed definitely stay here again."

"We are traveling as a side to a business trip and as a couple really are pleased that this is outside the bustle of town. The grounds are immaculate. Although we aren’t traveling with family, I believe this would be an excellent choice for families. They have pickle ball, a basketball court and 2 pools (inside and outside). Flowers are beautiful. Custer has a good variety of food choices and is less than a mile away "
