"Steve and Shawn are amazing hosts! It seems like they have thought of everything a guest could possibly want. The house is spotlessly clean and comfortable. The beds are comfy and the kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to prepare a nice meal. The snacks are a nice touch! Backyard is comfortable, quiet and private. Mill creek park is within walking distance and is a beautiful park with so many options for a quiet walk - or a longer hike! Just what we needed!"

"Comfortable beds, hot tub, gas firepit, with a vineyard view! This place is so pretty and makes you feel like home. I loved the clawfoot bathtub, comfortable beds, hot tub, gas firepit, and the little amenities for us. Several of us had a massage that was so relaxing and very worth the price. "The house was a nice, quiet place just outside of town, only minutes from restaurants and shops. The house is old and reflects that. Was generally clean, but basic. Didn't use the coffee pot because it had mold in the water reservoir and the microwave was missing the plate. House smelled of old wood, but the main living area was comfortable and clean. We were happy for the price point. Hosts were available for questions and were accommodating of requests."

"My wife, her parents, and our three year old son recently stayed at the Mid-West Getaway. We were in Niles for a funeral and found this GEM right in town. The home is great, has everything you need and is central to almost everything in Niles. There is a convenience store right across the street for quick things you may need, a Dunkin Donuts right down the street, and a local gym just a minute's drive away next to Dunkin. My wife's father's side of the family is from Niles and we will stay here...

"We had family converging from all over the country for my sons College graduation and this was the perfect home! It had plenty of space everywhere, was decorated beautifully, and had a great location. My daughter and I went for morning walks at the local park and we all enjoyed catching up and eating around the large table for dinner. I would absolutely rent the property again if I was in the area."

"We had a very nice stay at the Sandpiper Cottage. The host was very easy to communicate with and very sweet, and makes a delightful breakfast! Cute cottage, beautiful lake community and a fun atmosphere at Castaway Craigs! We enjoyed kayaking around the lake. Cant wait for our return."
