The hotel is beautiful! Great location in the city with plenty to do close by. The rooms are very nice and clean with a modern bathroom. Comfy beds. Great view. We received excellent service from everyone we interacted with. The 5p reception was nice. We definitely would stay here again!

This has been a hotel on my bucket list for at least 50 years. I’m not quite sure why, but it has. We were having a family reunion in PR so I decided to fly in a day early and check one thing off my ever growing list. Mission accomplished! We enjoyed our stay. It was fun to imagine the nuns swishing thru the halls in their habits, pushing thru the very heavy ancient doors. Air conditioning was great, beds were very comfortable, and staff was accommodating. Location in OSJ can’t be beat, and we felt very safe in the area.

Excellence, the only issue was parking. If you bring a car, plan ahead. There is no parking around the area and the hotel does not have a parking per se. Other than that, an amazing place!

The property is beautiful and in the center of everything in Old Sam Juan. Their are parts of the property that need attention. But the rooms are beautiful and well appointed. The bottle of wine was a wonderful detail. The food is great and the evening bartenders were great. Only issues we had was that their was is no early check in. My father is disabled and that was a bit problematic. Also alot of the issues stem from employees always talking to each other and you have to wait to have them finish talking to each so that they can check you in or take your order. Everything was great but the constant waiting for employees to finish up their talking to each other about their day was a problem.
