"El Carmen was centrally located and the staff were very helpful and responsive (in person and via WhatsApp) which enabled a smooth check-in/check-out and arranging a transfer to the airport. Our stay came with a free breakfast which was really convenient. The property and room were clean, air conditioned (with an in room mini-split), renovated, and had filtered water available. The standard king size room was small but perfect for my 1 night stay."

"The rooms are small but the quality of the bedding is very good. The best part of this place is the fact that is at an excellent location. The bathroom is very small and the staff is not very accommodating around the Holy Week as they have the place full and no extra sheets are given.
