Paso Robles Cozy Cottage

Due to the health concerns we want to let you know we do not have back to back reservations and there is a 48 hour vacancy between guests. Our cottage is nestled in our vineyard just 1 1/2 miles past J Lorhs Winery. We are just a few minutes away from Vina Robles amphitheater, the Paso Robles Horse Park and the Ravine Water Park. With Paso Robles having over 200 wineries you are just minutes from a variety of wonderful wine tasting. The cottage is a one Bedroom, one bath with a private entrance. We are less than 10 minutes from Down Town Paso Robles where there are exceptional restaurants and shopping.

I was in Paso Robles for a wedding. The Cozy Cottage was simply that...cozy! I didn't spend much time there, but after long days setting up for a wedding and then the wedding day, it was so nice to be able to lay my head down somewhere clean, quiet, and safe! Unfortunately, I wasn't able to meet the owners but if I'm ever in the area again, I would absolutely stay there again!

What better way to experience Paso Robles than to stay in a private cottage on the property of rolling vineyards. The cottage was clean and comfortable. Bathroom amenities were appreciated. Check-in and communication with the host was via text and seamless.

Great Property
Perfect little space for an overnight trip. Perfect location for wine tasting as there are a few wineries very close by. It's a little difficult to find the house in the evening so just drive slow and stay to the right at the fork in the road (otherwise you'll end up in someone else's driveway - don't ask me how I know). There is a small pond, a couple chickens and horses, a lot of rabbits ad squirrels adn the vineyards are beautiful. This room has no television which makes this property an A++++++ in my book.

Amazing views, very comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay. The green hills and clear air were wonderful. Serenading frogs in the evening were a nice touch! Host's Stella and Ed were very friendly and the room was very comfortable. If you want a quiet, relaxing stay, this is great!

Beautiful remote property in Paso but not too far from the wineries and ride shares are accessible. It’s peaceful and comfortable, and there are friendly horses. The stars on a clear night is also a treat. I’d definitely stay there again.

Peaceful guest house, great hosts
The little guest house was just as described, clean and cozy and charming, set on a vineyard/ranch a short drive from downtown Paso, and only 10 minutes from Vina Robles, where we had tickets for a concert. Beautiful stargazing at night, very quiet and a great night's sleep. We got to meet our host Ed on our last day, and he was delightful! Highly recommend, it's a sweet & special spot.

Childhood Memories
The Cozy Cottage is a 5 star in country living. It has beautiful views and the owners are very friendly and accommodating. Our stay was an enjoyable weekend. It took my wife and I back to our childhood when visiting our grandparents. While mine didn't live in the country, they did live in a small town and my grandfather had various fruit tress and grew a variety of vegetables which I was able to help plant. As for my wife's grandparents, they grew up in the Paso / Atascadero area. In time they bought a 3+ acre parcel of land just outside of Atascadero. My wife has fond memories of her grandparents. As a child, she would enjoy her visits waking up early in the morning, with her grandparents already awake. Grandma preparing breakfast and grandpa outside feeding the cows and horses. She enjoyed being in the country, surrounded with animals, riding horses and the smell of oak trees. The Cozy Cottage has this atmosphere to us. It was very quiet and relaxing. They had two horses which Ed gave us permission to feed apples and carrots. There were jack rabbits in the yard as well. While we would highly recommend staying here, please keep in mind, it truly is country living. If you don't want a little dust on your shoes, this may not be the place for you. But then again, perhaps you shouldn't visit Paso Robles. Whether you are visiting for the fair or wine tasting or pretty much anything you do in Paso, you're going to get a little dust on your shoes lol.

Weekend staycation
We really enjoyed our stay. It's a nice property and seems s bit remote but is actually very close to Paso. We live in South County, but decided to stay because It's only a few minutes to Vina Robles Amphitheater where we went to see a show. We drove to the show but the owner let me know Uber will pick up there too. The room was clean and the bed is comfortable. The wifi connection is good if you need it. I brought a laptop to watch a movie one f the nights as I read there is not a TV. The corner fireplace is a nice touch to add ambience in the evening and some warmth in the early morning. We will definitely stay again! Thank you!

Perfect getaway spot
This spot was perfect for our little weekend trip. The landscape surrounding the property was amazing. If you like to take pictures, just walk outside. Excellent view to watch the sunset behind the property. The owner was super friendly and welcoming. You are not too far from nearby winery’s. I recommend Via Vega for some wine. Joe’s cafe (I think that what is called) inside the Paso Robles airport for breakfast. Great food with great prices and its just a few minutes from this property. I will definitely come back to this location in the future!!! 5 stars all around
