Central location, Classic Hotel with ambience + Great $ VALUE. I would stay again and recommend to anybody. Great Swedish influence including, restaurant and adjacent bakery/cafe + outdoor tables/seating/umbrella on street.

Nice hotel well priced good breakfast, wireless connection not that great. it's an old building can be very noisy in the corridors and the walls not very sound proof.

European style, quaint and uniquePosted Jun 20, 2013
Pros: The food in the restaurant. There is also a deli/pastry shop that is part of the hotel.
Location: Location is in CBD, a block from shopping area and on bus lines (which are free)
This hotel is easily accessed by the city shuttle from the airport and close to shopping and the bus lines. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The room was quite small, with no window view, but it was clean and adequate. It's not the kind of room you want to hang out in. The hotel had free wifi, which is important to me as a business traveler. The best part of this stay is the amazing smorgasbord breakfast that is complimentary. There is also a dinner smorgasbord that was outstanding. I'm sure it was pricey, but the display of home made foods was phenomenal. I would stay here again for a short visit. You do have to walk up stairs to the rooms, but they had a staff person bring my bags up for me.

Lovely hotel at a great location made this lady :)Posted May 29, 2013
Pros: Cute hotel for a great rate!
Cons: The old fashioned elevator where YOU open and close the door was a bit of an adventure with a lot of luggage... Lol!
Location: Perfect location in the heart of the city
Finding a good hotel for a reasonable price is no easy task but fortunately I stumbled across this gem literally last minute (I booked as I boarded my flight to Perth). I arrived very late and the front desk gentleman was very friendly and helpful. The only concern was that the type room I booked on Expedia was non existent so he gave me the closest they had (which was more expensive than advertised) but agreed to honour the price. A beautiful old hotel that has been recently renovated that is literally a block away from the hub of the city shopping district. The breakfast that was included was unbelievable! There was something for everyone and was certainly a very nice spread... Specially seeing that it was free! Without a doubt I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!
