Charming comfortable hotel in city centrePosted Aug 8, 2014
Pros: Central chaming ambience, very clean room, breakfast included in the room rate, lovely restaurant with attentive staff and great choices for breakfast
Cons: Access to lift
Location: Central to city, close to free transit CAT buses, easy walk to shopping mall, taxi rank nearby, few minutes walk to river.
Booking through Expedia was easily done. The room was small and cosy, and surprisingly quiet despite the hotel being in the centre of the city. As I was on crutches, staff offered me help to negotiate the few stairs to the lift. I enjoyed being able to just walk next door to the restaurant for breakfasts which were excellent. Good range of choice for room service meals and delivered within minutes of being ordered.

Boutique hotel with excellent restaurantPosted Aug 7, 2014
Pros: The comfortable room and the breakfast
Location: Very central, close to the Cultural Centre, the river and train stations. Also the airport shuttle bus.
This hotel is more upmarket than those I usually stay in but worth the extra money. There are single rooms (unusual nowadays) and the furnishings are excellent. The included buffet breakfast is an added bonus with everything from muesli and pancakes to good bread and the usual cooked breakfast.

Nice and spacious roomPosted Aug 4, 2014
Pros: The breakfast was included with the price of our stay , was handy and walking distance to everything, had a warm feel to the room , reasonably priced
Cons: spa bath would be nice , carpet in the halls bit out dated if not could have a better colour more of a warmer colour like the rooms more inviting
Location: Bars, restraunts, supermarket, train station.cheap car parking, shopping, museum all at seconds if not minutes away so no need to drive save petrol, handy
we enjoyed our stay, loved the buffet in the restraunt , nice and cosy room for a short stay and had a relaxing feel with the warm inviting lightly coloured room.

Stayed one nite and once booked out was able to store luggage which was handy as I had appointments - Staff were friendly and helpful and rooms spotless and quiet

The Hotel is located perfectly in the Perth CBD.Posted Jul 26, 2014
Pros: The very comfortable bed.
Cons: Nothing really.
Location: The location was very close to public transport, a short walk to the night life, restaurants and of course the shopping.
I received a warm welcome from the wonderful staff. I enjoyed the security and the ease of how I could come and go as I pleased, located right in the middle of the Perth CBD.

Nice traditional hotelPosted Jul 21, 2014
Pros: The food!
Cons: Some sort of arrangement with a parking facility in the city would be good.
Location: Everything nearby and handy, lots of choice as far as things to see and do in the city.
Friendly staff. Shame about the lack of parking, if we'd known we would have caught the train in to the city. Excellent buffet breakfast - best ever! Overall good value for money, we have recommended to friends and would stay again.

Worst Hotel I have ever stayedPosted Jul 17, 2014
Cons: Overall Renovation is necessary. New fridges, New Beds, New Carpets.
Location: Malls and Shopping Facilities are around the corner
I chose this hotel because it is located in the city centre of Perth and the price was acceptable. But I could not recommend this Hotel to anyone. I knew before that the Hotel was old and I also knew the standard single rooms where small and that did not matter. But my room didn't even have a real window, only something really small near the ceiling where you looked at some tubes. At night I did not get any sleep because you hear EVERYTHING in the rooms next to yours. The fridge was really loud and everything was really, really old and smelled. Old elevator, I had to carry my suitcase most of the stairs. I also chose this hotel because it offered Free Wi-Fi and free Breakfast. The Wi-Fi only worked from time to time - bad connection. The Breakfast was in the restaurant around the corner. It was ok, but not more. The bread was really good but the rest of the food was in bad condition. The glasses for the juice were really dirty. Everything in that restaurant was also really old and kind of smelly. I also thought the staff could have been a lot nicer. The cleaning ladies though did a really good job but overall I did not feel comfortable at all in that Hotel. I`d rather spend a little more money and feel better!

city travelierPosted Jul 7, 2014
Pros: It was close to everything. We had to leave before breackfast so they had a tray sent up with a feast
Cons: Room was stuffy. Floors creaked all night.
Location: Located close to transport and middle of the city of Perth.
Close to city. No outside noise only creaking floorboards during the night. Staff were extremely helpful. Made a special breackfast tray for us as we had to leave BEFORE service began.

central one night stayPosted Jun 15, 2014
Pros: was exceptionally clean, the staff, the amenities in the room and all facets of the restaurant where we had b'fast
Location: as we were having b'fast at MM we decided to go into town for tea - were staggered at how dead the city has become - very sad
we were looking for somewhere central to stay o/night as we had weekend engagements over the weekend - a grandson's b'day on sat and our 46th wedding anniv on the Sunday - room was very comfortable with all amenities - was exceptionally clean, staff were very friendly and helpful - b'fast the next morning was excellent and again the staff were exceptional - food was well prepared and presented and all dietry requirements were catered for. Thank you
