The Perfect Petaluma Place!
This is a wonderful home in a gorgeous, park-like setting, with absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay - a fully outfitted kitchen, formal dining room with fancy china in additional to kitchen eating space, washer & dryer, and a fabulous sunroom. The hosts were very communicative and helpful. Highly recommended!

This is a fantastic place to unwind and relax in the countryside of south Sonoma County, and has easy access to downtown Petaluma and other area attractions. Well stocked and extremely comfortable.

Quiet residence for relaxing m!
On the southern edge of Petaluma close to the freeway for easy access, this place was a beautiful property and very quiet. Still part of local family the property is well managed with lots of attention. Any questions of where to find something were quickly answered by Jim. Provided that “at home” feeling for a gathering of friends impossible at any hotel.

We stayed here for a wedding in Petaluma and it was easy to get around the town. The house was a good size and spacious for 3 adults and 2 kids. The outdoor space is nice. I would stay here again.

Quiet and Lovely Farm House

This older remodeled home is just minutes away from Petaluma with easy freeway access. Fully furnished home with everything you would probably have in your own home. Most comfortable beds we have ever slept on at a rental. Super clean, efficient central heating/ac system; can't say enough about how well it met our needs for a 2 day stay over.

Wonderful experience!
We loved staying at this quiet home in the hills of beautiful Petaluma. Everything was clean and easy, from the friendly call we got from Jim before por arrival to the check in and out. We stayed with two young kids and appreciated the spacious common areas and lack of stairs and breakable items. The kitchen had everything we needed and the surrounding area is idyllic.

Fantastic place
This house is perfect. It has rustic furnishings but very comfortable. It was like a home away from home. The location was really quick to freeway, but so quiet. I enjoyed being able to sleep with the windows open. I haven’t done that since I was a kid. It was very well stocked! I would definitely stay here again!

Great Petaluma Stay!
We had a great time, beautiful large home with three bedrooms and pull-out sofa fit our group for a weekend wedding. Very clean home, accommodating hosts, and great location just outside of town (the winery across the street was going to open the following week, but looked great too!). Would definitely book another stay here if we come back to Petaluma!

Petaluma - Perfect gateway to Sonoma/Marin County
Wonderful 10 day trip! Lots to see and do. House perfect, well equipped and right off highway. Surrounding farmlands lovely, cows, deer, hawks, hummingbirds, lizards and beautiful landscape. Our stay and vacation was excellent. Thank you to homeowners Jim and Jackie, so pleasant and professional. Would love to return to Kastania Road again!

Relaxing property
The hosts were so responsive to all my questions. This house needed no supplies....ample supply of all paper products for kitchen & bathroom, items for the bathroom (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, 2 hair dryers). Loved that there were mirrors in the bedrooms plus dresser and hangers for all our clothes. It was a nice property and probably bigger than we needed for living space (only 4 of us), but the porch was nice to sit out on in the morning. We had a great time and enjoyed the ease of how close we were to town to where my son lives. Thank you Jim & Jackie for everything!

Country home
This home is older but kept up very nicely. Very clean and comfortable. Lots of privacy and very quiet. It can get warm in Petaluma but the nights are cool and u open the windows and a cool breeze flows through. The owners left bottled water cookies and a bottle of wine very nice they also leave their numbers (phone) if u have any questions. This was a well stocked home beds were comfortable too I highly recommend this home. Melinda
