"Very helpful staff"

"Dirty, we all got our socks turned black, huge gap under door, Blood on pillow, had to ask for towels and wash cloths. Had to call and call and call to get deposit back,( the deposit was more than I paid for the room and I would have stayed in better hotel if it was noted when I reserved) and the person acted like it was a big ordeal. The short haired lady after check-in was like a telemarketer bugging the stuff out of every guest to join Windham rewards offering to comp stay. 11:30 pm Hotel staff tried to let drunk guests into my room wrong floor. The staff were not the best personalities at check-in the lady with longer bobbed hair laughed when she informed me of the deposit, and it was more than I paid for the room laughed when I asked about when I would get it back. Many others were complaining at the desk when I checked in too. It is a cheap hotel, and my 7th visit was my worse one and last one. "

"Wow just wow! Very nice staff from the minute you walk in. Rooms were very nice and clean. It’s a great location to everything nothing at all to complain about. Breakfast was great. Will definitely be staying there again for sure. "

"The Inn was extremely clean and the decor was beautiful. Staff was friendly and check in was quick and easy. The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean and had a ton of extra space along with a closet. The only downside to our room was the view. We were overlooking the roof. No pool or mountain view. Would have been nice to enjoy a view from the balcony, except a red roof. "

"The ladies that checked us in were amazing. It was fairly busy yet they were professional and courteous. During our stay the maintenance staff was helpful in guiding us to the areas we were looking for. The lazy river was serene, the hot tub was nice and warm. Check out was seamless."
