The staff weren't overly friendly. No one greeted us as we came and went. No automatic doors so when we came in with the luggage trolley it was difficult. The peopke at the front desk made no attempts to help out.

Check in was good front desk person was very nice. Our room was clean but had a musty smell. Furniture was dated, bed was comfortable, AC was cooling but didn’t really cool the room below 74 degrees. Our room had balcony the sliding door lock was broken and we heard a lot of road noise. Bathroom~ the tub had a large crack on the outside and fiberglass was crumbling off of it. I thought this was very dangerous. We checked in after midnight and checked out before 8:00 am Breakfast was served. We didn’t eat. It smelled good and the items offered were typical to a free breakfast. The dining room? There wasn’t one tables were set up in middle of lobby and guests checking out were getting off elevator right in the middle of people sitting at those tables trying to eat.

Did not like the "free" breakfast. Barely had basics. Attendant was slow and not helpful. No Peanut butter for Mini-bagels. No ketchup, yogurt and OJ was tasteless.

The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel is well located and convenient to Pigeon Forge. The river view is okay but because the hotel sits right on the Parkway, it's noisy to sit on the balcony, so not as peaceful as you might want. The breakfast was ok. Typical Continental breakfast. I would definitely consider staying here again. Don't let the lower price scare you. If you are looking for a cheaper rate but want a nice hotel, this one is a great choice.

It was easy to access dining and shopping. It was right off the main road. Quiet at night. Rooms were clean and smelled clean.

The room was just okay for the price we paid. The staff was rude!!!!! The bed was hard and awful. Breakfast would have been alright but the lady who was taking care of it hid in her work area and never came out. They ran out of everything and we went down only an hour into their serving time. The lady was put out because another guest asked for coffee and she had to come out of hiding to make it. She stared me down because she over heard me telling my husband how ridiculous it was to run out of food so early into the serving time. This place is definitely NOT FRIENDLY, and all the staff acts like you are inconvenencing them. I would never recommend this properly.

Easy check in and out. Facilities were very clean but this is an older property and the wear showed on the floors. New carpet would really make this place more appealing. Breakfast was really nice and there was enough variety for everyone.

This was a great find for the price. I stayed at the Best Western Apple Valley across the street the year before and paid way more, the only difference in my opinion was age of the building.

Traffic thru town is horrible and we were able to walk most place's from this hotel. Its very convenient. The staff is excellent. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Overall a very nice and pleasant stay.

We stayed at this hotel for four nights; two rooms as we were travelling with our adult children. I was really happy that despite this hotel being in the "main" area, we were actually a bit more shielded from the insanity of the area. Our rooms were clean and had daily housekeeping; of which I will say were the most cheerful and friendly ladies. 5 stars for those women. The building has underground parking which was nice in the heat and downpours we had, as well as the small picnic area by the river along the back. I would say this feels very typical of older hotels I recall on family road trips but is has been modernized. Despite getting fresh towels daily, there should be investments made in new towels, many of our were frayed or well worn. Front desk was a bit nonchalant about clients. Breakfast was a gamble with a "once it's gone it's gone" feeling which I will chalk up to it being a holiday. There was no where to fill up a water bottle and were told when we asked about the water dispenser on the machine that no, we would have to buy water from the vending machine for $2. I get that people might abuse the privilege and fill up with juice, however bottled water on hand for guests as an option in the heat would be a nice touch. Overall, I'd highly recommend this hotel for a quieter stay with good value; just needs a bit more put into the client experience.

The staff at this property was excellent. We didn't like the smell in our room and they switched us to a better room and proceeded to fix the AC musty smell. Great service! I highly recommend this property! Good people!
