Rooms were nice, balcony was great. Beds slept so good. Some remodeling has been done since our last stay and it was really good. Breakfast was really, really good. We did experience a fire alarm miss hap on check out day, but I would still go back.

The room was clean, and the creekside balcony with the sounds of water and the wind in the trees was mesmerizing. The view out the other window overlooking an immense sea of green grass was great. The room came with a microwave and tiny but adequate fridge. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was dimly lit. It had a good shower. Overall, a decent stay.

The room was very clean and housekeeping kept us supplied with plenty of clean towels. Loved being able to sit on the balcony and watch the creek and all of the birds.

Room was decent with a nice view of the creek. I did not realize that there were two buildings which is fine but the second building is across the creek. We had to drive over to breakfast which is fine for us but other people may not like that. Breakfast was not good. The eggs were watery and no bagels. The best part was the biscuits. Tried to get apple juice and it came out as water. I have been in way worse hotels so this one was a good stay for a few nights minus the breakfast.

This was a beautiful property. Breakfast was delicious each day. My only issue is the location of breakfast if you are in the back building. You have to drive around and the parking is very minimal. The walk isn’t too horrible but with handicap elderly parents it was just very hard. A little bridge over the stream would be perfect. But this wouldn’t stop my from coming again. The perks outweighed this little inconvenience.

Room and beds were very clean. This was my second stay here and it was just as satisfying. The bathrooms are a little small and the tvs are tiny. But we just used it for sleep. It is extremely budget friendly and just up the road from Dollywood. Highly recommend if you’re trying to save some money or are just looking for a place to sleep. It’s also within walking distance of a Casey’s Gas Station. So food is easy to find. Their breakfast was also really good for the price.

We did not go for breakfast. We ate two times a day and breakfast was not our meal. We did not have a fn in our bathroom. We loved the location and the birds and raccoons! We definitely would consider this place again!
