Given the choice to stay at Vivaz again, I would. Although my rating for this hotel is not through the roof, that is only because they were still in the process of putting the finishing touches on the hotel to be ready for the World Cup. Apart from that, the hotel staff were truly remarkable people. Vivaz is a smaller family run hotel, and as such, they treat you like family. From the fresh breakfast made in the morning to their recommendations on where to go and what to see, they really know how to make your experience the most enjoyable and comforting. I believe once they finalize the remaining construction this hotel would be my top choice every time (actually already is!).

It's a decent, new and clean hotel, but don't expect anything else: breakfast is poor as it is anything you order on their small restaurant/cafeteria, there's no room service, the sidewalk was still under construction, the room is small.
It's OK for 1 quick business night, but if you're planning it for vacation, to actually enjoy the city, pay a bit more and stay at a nicer hotel, such is the much closer Manibu
