"This is our second time staying at this hotel. Last year was better. I don’t know if last year we got a renovated room but in general the condition of the room wasn’t as good as last time. The tub was stain and old. I noticed a mold odor in the bed I thought it was the linens so i have them change them and still. I am not sure if itl was the mattress or perhaps the pillows. "Not a lot of food options, hard to get into restaurants and the buffet food was not good. Had issues with AC in one of the rooms the first two days, got up to 86 degrees. Wish the resort had transportation options since there was limited dining. We had to get a taxi and go into town to get some food. Overall staff was great and facility was nice. "

"We had a great time. The lunch buffet was kind of limited but everything was good. The Italian and Mexican restaurants were great. Thanks Sarai for the Marquesitas! The drinks were OK. The house wine was great. The pool and beach were wonderful. But most of all the staff was excellent! There was a little crowd that made our stay really special... "I loved the trapeze. I’ve never seen one at any other hotel. Overall, the food was very good but the breakfast could be better."

"This property and dining options were excellent! The adults only section was quiet and restful, the beach is amazing and staff were welcoming. I also have to mention the shows! omg production and costumes were top tier, I've been to other resorts with entertainment but this one by far exceeds those standards, MJ musical was awesome! The bike rides are great and included. We will def return soon. "
