From check-in to check-out the staff was very friendly, helpfull and supportive. I arrived very late in Natal to check-in, but that did not make any difference in regards to the staffs attentiveness and friendlyness. The best english speaking staff was found at that hotel. The breakfast was very good, and also stood out from the normal fare you get. The rooms were very clean pleasant, and the entire ambience was relaxing. A great plus was the five minutes walk away from the beach (Ponte Negra), and I was very pleased to have been given a room, that went out to a great terrace with expanding views over Ponte Negra, and out to the sea. Another great plus was that WiFi and internet did work flawlessly in that hotel. All in all this was the best hotel and the best experience I had out of all the accommodation I stayed during my entire trip throughout South America.

"Nice place to be, alone, with friends or family."
The only bad thing is the every time I'm at this Hotel they a renovating something. Workers around and sometimes very nosy. This time even they were renovating the main pool, it was very quiet , as it should be.
I recommend this hotel because of it's location, stuff and service. If you're alone, for business or with family.

This Pousada is in a good part of town, up against the hill that is the backdrop for the Ponto Negra beach. The host, Hugo, was extremely helpful He speaks English as well as French, Portuges and Spanish. Hugo knows all the good tourist attractions from the Dunas to Pipa and beyond and can assit with drivers, cars, buses etc. He really made our trip much more enjoyable just from his friendly suggestions and assistance.
The beach is at the most a 5 minute walk from the Pousada. We very much enjoyed our vacation in Natal and the Villa Simone. And don't forget to have the tapioca and omlettes served at breakfast. Did I mention the fruit, too?

So I was in area for the World Cup so price was high but I'd give this place thumbs up if price is about 200-300 Reais per night. (I paid more than 400, but again, World Cup prices...). Very close to beach, near many restaurants etc

Stayed in the hotel for a night only while in transit to other city in Rio Grande do Norte. Although the hotel is located right in front of the beach and you can hear the waves from your room, the room is quite old, the electrical plugs are not the standard for Brazil.
Breakfast is OK, but not something to rate high.
Parking is very limited and might be a big issue when the hotel is full.
The rate is very high for what the hotel offers.
