“This is a very clean, well-appointed hotel with a very friendly staff. The restaurant also is excellent. The prices for US and European travelers are very moderate. “Overall, I am very satisfied with my room. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. I will visit here again for its room.
I am so glad that the staff was able to distinguish my nationality as Taiwan (Formosa) instead of another option. Thumbs up for the good job!
However, the check-out process was a bit inefficient, which I do hope the hotel can improve.
The breakfast is in buffet form, but not exactly impressive.”

“Quando fiz a reserva, escolhi um quarto entre as fileiras da 4ª à 6ª, mas não imaginei que seria colocado na última fileira, no último quarto, lá no alto do morro. Para subir, é preciso estar bem fisicamente, pois a inclinação é bem acentuada.
Como alternativa, me ofereceram um quarto em um complexo ao lado do hotel principal, com menos escadas e subida. Porém, a arquitetura é bem antiga, embora os quartos sejam funcionais.
Senti-me um pouco enganado, já que esse complexo não foi mencionado no……

“Reception was not serving guests with smiles and kindness, she was just doing her job.
The room I got was large, and can see the pool from my room. However, there is a restaurant right across my room and it was the New Year's Eve. Loud music played until very very late, and I needed to catch my journey next morning.
When I first opened my door, two maids were resting and lying on the bed they made. This is not professional. Nothing really impressed me of this hotel. But the price was fine.”
