Not clean, looks old and dirty

walls had paint scrapped off, bathroom was not clean and water leaks etc.

The room was dirty overall. Restroom counter dirty. Room smelled like mildew. No security latch on the inside of door. Attention to detail can turn this place around. Great location and nice young man at counter.

Nasty, Nasty!

Location: Very inconvenient location, was on a one way street therefore we had to go around the causeway to get to anything! Dbled the time of getting anywhere!
We stayed at this hotel 1-25-2013. I have no problems with an out of date hotel, but dirt I have a problem with. This Hotel is the worst I have ever stayed in. The hotel was dirty, the staff looked like they just rolled out of bed, the lobby and outdoors (ie drive way, stairs and walk ways) were dirty and in serious need of a broom or blower; dirt and grime were everywhere. The room it self smelled so bad, lysol and airing out the room did very little to help. The pillow cases had stains on them, the shower curtain smelled like urine, walls had unknown stains on them; I am surprised they are still in business with a hotel like this. Fortunately for me and my family, I always bring 2 flat sheets, pillow cases, towels, house shoes and a sandwich bag for the remote. Call me crazy, but I had to wipe and clean everything with lysol. Nasty, Nasty hotel! BTW. they offer "continental breakfast', #don't ask why# I went to get coffee and the "desk clerk" came out of the back room and looked like she had been sleeping and I asked where was the coffee and she waddled towards the coffee machine to click the "on" button and said it would be ready in "10" minutes and she went back (guessing) to bed! No, I did not come back for coffee! I would rather sleep on the beach, considering there is less dirt/sand! If you have'nt guessed it by now; NO, I would not recommend this hotel!

Excellent staff! Air conditioning was splendid!! We asked for extra towels and received them...no questions asked. That was a first at any hotel!!
