It's spacious; room design is thoughtful; staff is so, so helpful; staff responded to items that needed fixing (patio fan, safe cabinet door) in a timely manner. I'd recommend it to anyone. I love that there is a family area, although we didn't use it. Food was very good. "

"This property is about 34 Kms from the airport and they do not provide bus transportation. We were a group of 6 adults and 4 children and the van cost us 2300 pesos (200 CAD) from airport to the resort. The resort is the oldest in the Palladium group and does require upgrades specially in the washrooms. They are quite dated. The cleanliness of the rooms was very good and the staff excellent. There is a buffet restaurant which is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The meals are good not gourmet. There are 4 A-la-carte restaurants and they are quite good, make sure you book them in advance. If the concierge informs you that you can book only one restaurant at a time ask for his supervisor and get the booking done through him. Do not waste time trying to book on their website. Be prepared to walk quite a bit as the resort is on a sprawling area. Another important thing to note is that none of the buildings have elevators hence, if you have difficulty climbing stairs ensure you book the first floor. If you want to go to downtown area be prepared to pay to pay hefty taxi charges. Most important, make sure you have medical insurance as it is extremely expensive if you have to visit a medical clinic or hospital. They have a doctor on the resort during the day. Do not fall for the Membership plan which they market aggressively. Overall we had a wonderful time at this resort, specially the kids as there was a kids club for them to enjoy."

"If you're looking for a nice family-friendly, romantic getaway trip stay in Punta de Mita, then Armony L&S is a great option. The staff were always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay The location, view, amenities, activities (ask for Victor’s sessions) specific stunning pool, incredibly comfortable beds, friendly and helpful staff was I especially enjoyed -thank you (Sandra/concierge) (Jesus, Ana, Reyna -spa- Eduardo, Luz (buffet) the relaxing spa treatments (ask for Reyna). Pedro (s Pool bar) The only downside was the food, two times dinner was cold and salty. "

"We stayed in several different hotels between Puerto Vallarta- Punta de Mita and this was our favourite! The others were Riu Vallarta, Marivel Emotions, Delta Marriott La Cruz, & Velas Vallarta The food here was fab & we felt it was the best & it was the only place we were able to get blueberries, blackberries, strawberries & raspberries for the baby (though we skipped the raspberries as they were covered in flies as the food was uncovered which is 1 improvement that could easily be made) the service brilliant, the staff very helpful & even cooked a plateful of asparagus for the baby. The Nest restaurant food & service was great. (Though they did somehow forget to bring kids breakfast but there was plenty of other stuff to eat whilst waiting so no big deal) We did a night in the main hotel in an ocean view room which was nice (but couldn’t see the ocean from the bed which we had been able to in other hotels that used glass screen/metal railings etc on the balcony instead of a wall) and a night in the family selection side. It was nice to get some little gifts in the family selection like bucket/spade, top etc. The beach was better on the main side with some soft sand areas (also some rocks & lots of beautiful shells) the food in the main restaurant was really good too. We were just disappointed we couldn’t get a space in the Japanese restaurant. The pools were warm except the kids pool with the slides (would have thought the kids pool more important to be warm) baby "
