"Really a great location. Would recommend for either families or couples. Super friendly staff, very clean property, housekeeping goes above and beyond. Front desk staff always smiling ready to help. Food delivery by the pool and beach really nice - not just fast food, had nice salads as well. Also got a massage the spa which was A . Always found a shady spot by the pool which is great, not the case in other resorts. This may not be the same if you go during high season. I wish the beach did not have all those sea weeds, but this is not the fault of the hotel. The cleaning crews do their best to remove it. Great hotel!!"

"Beautiful property, very clean with several pools and activities throughout the day. Our kids especially loved the kids pool with water slides. The property was also walking distance to a small ruin site that was fun and informative to walk through. We will definitely be staying here again during future trips to Cancun! "
