Not a bang for the buckPosted Mar 2, 2014 on Hotels.com
The first thing I was told at the hotel was that if I needed anything, I have to come down because they would not bring it. Also, the room is designed to be cheap, no tissues, small and uncomfortable pillows, the smallest TV that I have ever seen. The internet speed was the only good thing. I will not stay there again.

Good for travelers on businessPosted Dec 21, 2013 on Hotels.com
I stayed at this hotel three nights. This hotel is good for business but not for tourist, attractions are not nearby. Hotel is located on an extremely bussy highway, it's modern and clean, yet very basic. As a security feature Elevators work only with access cards which double as room key. The staff was nice and attentive, although a few times they appeared understaffed and lost. They offer complementary breakfast from 6am to 10am according to promotions they may have for the month, they do not however have an onsite restaurant, but they do offer you to order food from the next door hotel ( fiesta inn) that has a 24 hour restaurant, the only inconvenience is that you have to go to lobby to pick it up yourself. They have there own private taxis and take you anywhere you want for cheap. The room was small, clean and had a small type of closet with no hangers, bathroom was nice and clean, however at nighttime a smell from shower drainage seem to appear every single night I was there, my room was facing the front of the freeway and as expected it was noisy! Everyday at 6am I was awaken by enraged drivers honking at each other like it was some type of competition, also walls appeared to be on the thin side as I overheard my next door neighbors having intercourse on two occasions. Overall for the price this hotel was ok. I would stay here again only because of the price and if I was there for business, never again for leisure.

ConvenientPosted Jun 25, 2013 on Hotels.com
Hotel was not as close to airport as indicated on website. That was the main reason why we chose this hotel. Receptionists helpful and courteous. Toilet made loud noises when flushed and the next morning ended up overflowing. Housekeeping quick to clean up. Proximity to major highway very loud and difficult to sleep. Also able to hear people above and walking in hallways Ok for overnight stay.

I have work north of Queretaro, so it is very well located next to the highway.

Basic....... very basic hotelPosted Apr 11, 2012
Cons: Do not have stairs in case you don't want to use the elevators, unless is emergency, they are outside, and during my stay one elevator have a trouble.
This hotel is very basic -bed-bathroom-, just offer 2 twins or Queen -sure??- if you are traveing and just need where to sleep maybe you will be happy. Also it is very noisy, and maybe is because the open space in the windows -2 inches- I don't know the intention of that opening but you hear all the noise of the street.

Modern, Clean, Pleasant StaffPosted Sep 30, 2011
The Good: - Very clean and modern, - Staff were flexible with regard to arranging a late check out, also friendly and helpful in discussing local travel requirements, - The room was attractive and functional, kind of reminded me of IKEA furniture. The Not As Good - If there's one constant of urban areas of Mexico, it's traffic noise. This hotel fronts on Hwy 57 so the traffic noise is there 24/7. This is not unusual as most larger hotels front on major arteries. In alot of hotels this is not a problem as you will find a room A/C unit that will generate enough white noise to allow you to sleep. This hotel appears to have some type of central air and it's extremely quiet, which means the traffic noise is noticable. Having encountered this before in Mexico, I had my foam earplugs with me and so was able to have a really good sleep, but without the earplugs I might have had to ask to be moved to a room in the back of the hotel instead of the front. - No stand in the room to put my suitcase on.

Hotel One in Queretaro, MexicoPosted Jun 27, 2011 on Hotels.com
Hotel facilities seemed very "austere" rather than "minimalist", not even kleenex in the room! The rooms overlooking the main street were really noisy so we requested to change with another view, wich was on the 7th floor. Every morning at 6 am, was an awful smell the food prepared in the kitchen who is located at the entrance of the hotel.
