Staff was super cool they’ll get you an Uber (avoid taxis) super helpful you’re a taxi ride away from work centro not waking distance at all overall property is good and clean

The only thing that was not clean was the floors there were greasy! The beds were so so wish they were a little more comfortable.

ou will love this chain hotel
We really like this chain hotel ever since we lived in ONE Playa Del Carmen during our Cancun trip last year. So when we planned Mexico City and surrounding area this year, we all booked ONE hotels wherever we can find one. It never disappoints. For seven consecutive days, we stayed three nights in Mexico City, one night in Queretaro, one night in Silao, one night in Guadalajara, and two nights in Puerto Vallarta. We like them all. Delicious free breakfast. Very comfortable and clean, with very reasonable price. We will definitely choose ONE chain hotel when we visit Mexico again!

We asked for to double beds and they were for one person. We were tight and uncomfortable. There's no enough ventilation in the room.

Very simple, not many amenities, just basics. No coffee pot, no service, just vending machines. It served its purpose for just sleeping as I was at a conference most of the day. Nice staff.

At first sight, it seemed short staffed, when we arrived, long queue to get a room, when we finally get the receptionist to give us one, they gave us a taken one already, the cleanliness was poor, and we were not able to have breakfast at the following day due lack of capacity.

Very nice and tiny room.
Very nice and tiny room. Clean and convenient. The breakfast was very nice too. Fresh fruits, chilaquiles and delicious donuts.

Mini too a with MICRO bathrooms.
Drain in sink did not work. Air conditioning did not work. Room is TINY and the bathroom has no vent/extractor, so after a shower the whole room fills with the steam and humidity from the shower and of course you CAN NOT open the windows to ventilate at all. Veneer is peeling off the desk and the window shade had more holes in it than actual shade that was in tact.

The reception people were very nice, but when we saw the room we knew we had made a mistake. It was tiny, the hairdryer had been removed, there was no closet (only a metal bar behind a small wooden division). The TV was placed high up, so it was also uncomfortable and there was nowhere to put anything, a tiny uncomfortable bathroom, no bottles of water, etc. Clean but really uncomfortable. We had already paid, but we still moved hotels that same day (we were staying five nights and there was no way we would be able to rest in that tiny room).

Nice Hotel in Queretaro.
It was a great experience to have all the comfort and kindness from the personal up there, they helped me in anything I asked for and gave all the solutions that I needed, I recommend it as the best.

Good breakfast buffet, staff is excellent , room is small but very clean and modern, bed was comfortable. Taxis at the hotel are twice as expensive as those on the street. Next time take street taxis, it’s a safe city to be in

Nice, convenient and inexpensive hotel.
This ONE Hotel is very near from main attractions on the west side of Querétaro. Very accesible and clean. Hotel staff were always handy and helpful. The hotel room was kind of small, but the layout was efficient. The bathroom had all the necessary facilities. Breakfast included in the price was buffet and very good. Check-in and check out were very quick.

The first thing I was told at the hotel was that if I needed anything, I have to come down because they would not bring it. Also, the room is designed to be cheap, no tissues, small and uncomfortable pillows, the smallest TV that I have ever seen. The internet speed was the only good thing. I will not stay there again.

I stayed at this hotel three nights. This hotel is good for business but not for tourist, attractions are not nearby. Hotel is located on an extremely bussy highway, it's modern and clean, yet very basic. As a security feature Elevators work only with access cards which double as room key. The staff was nice and attentive, although a few times they appeared understaffed and lost. They offer complementary breakfast from 6am to 10am according to promotions they may have for the month, they do not however have an onsite restaurant, but they do offer you to order food from the next door hotel ( fiesta inn) that has a 24 hour restaurant, the only inconvenience is that you have to go to lobby to pick it up yourself. They have there own private taxis and take you anywhere you want for cheap. The room was small, clean and had a small type of closet with no hangers, bathroom was nice and clean, however at nighttime a smell from shower drainage seem to appear every single night I was there, my room was facing the front of the freeway and as expected it was noisy! Everyday at 6am I was awaken by enraged drivers honking at each other like it was some type of competition, also walls appeared to be on the thin side as I overheard my next door neighbors having intercourse on two occasions. Overall for the price this hotel was ok. I would stay here again only because of the price and if I was there for business, never again for leisure.
