Overall comfortable hotel and location was very good. We loved the pool and billiards table at the lobby. We had a few issues upon arrival with the room (lack of supplies) that were quickly taken care of. Our final invoice differed a bit from our initial book amount as there was confusion as to whether breakfast was included or not.. I ended up paying about $100 over the amount but breakfast was really good and I went ahead and just let it be. Overall good hotel and would stay there again.

Housekeeping service was terrible, we ran out of the bathroom toiletries, and they were not replaced when our room was serviced. We ran out of toilet paper twice and had to go out looking for some. On more than one occasion we were told they didn’t have towels to stock our room with clean ones and that as soon as some became available we would have them delivered. Well that didn’t happen. We ended up going downstairs to the pool and using those. The lobby ran out of coffee cups as well, didn’t have any available. The breakfast buffet was ridiculously overpriced, not anything compared to what the website stated. $85 us dollars for 4 people and the food was mediocre for that price. Requested a crib and was told one was available for me, and it would be sent up to the room after check in. Had to call for it 2 separate times before it showed up.
