"The setting is in a circa 1847 home with lovely period features and furnishings. If you are looking for a sterile and boring motel setting, look elsewhere. Mulberry House is aesthetically pleasing and Fran, the hostess, really makes her guests feel special, comfortable, and at home. A most enjoyable stay!!"

"The property was historically beautiful and very unique and interesting. Rooms were very comfortable and provided all that you need. A couple of simple things - we are coke drinkers but that was not an option and the full breakfast was delicious but minimal and options not explained. Overall a great stay and will stay again!"

"Firstly we’d like to say that the photos do not do the property justice. The place is in a lovely setting surrounded by Cranberry Ponds. Peace and tranquility reigns here, and it’s the ideal bolt-hole when if you’ve been out and about all day, you can unwind with a beverage and watch the sun go down and the wildlife frolic. We were made to feel so welcome, and made to feel like we were part of the family. The Breakfasts were fabulous, and it was brilliant to sit with our hosts and put the world...

"The house is a very nice 1830’s home with old pine floors and wide trim. The hosts were very accommodating and the breakfasts were very tasty and not over done. The location is very rural and quiet. The room was clean with an en-suite bath and the king bed very comfy. There are two guest rooms on the main floor with no stairs to navigate. The B & B is highly recommended."

If you want your money to go toward a lady with young kids instead of a mega millionaire, stay here. This is in the southern suburbs of Boston. Not handicapped accessible because you have to go down 4 steps. "
