"Very nice hotel and room with instant beach access. Playa Hermosa and the whole North Pacific Coast didn't do it for me, but this hotel was a beacon. Love the room decor."

"Enjoyed pools, easy access to very nice beach. Grounds were extremely well groomed. Public areas were clean and comfortable. Food and drinks were very good. We speak very little Spanish but had no problems communicating. All staff was super friendly and helpful. One negative, my sister contracted norovirus."

"We traveled for a spring/senior trip with another family. There were 2 sets of parents and their 6 kids (3 boys, 3 girls), aged 12-20. This house was perfect for our situation and had plenty of space. We were a little worried about the bedrooms because there were reviews that said you had to go through one room to get to the other. However, each room had a patio door to the pool so it was easy for the older kids to go outside and walk around if they wanted. All rooms had their own bathrooms which was nice. We had no trouble fitting in showers and space to get ready. The sunset was amazing from the pool deck and we spent a lot of time in the pool. We also used the grill multiple times. This house was a highlight of the trip and would come highly recommended!"

"The reviews on this are pretty spot on. The pros: It's above a grocery store which is awesome, the kitchen is great, the 2-bedroom apartment is spacious, you can walk to Playa Hermosa (altho it's about 10 min), it feels safe, the inside pool area is low-key and quiet, the parking is secure. The cons: the front bedrooms in all three 2-bedroom units we rented were right on the road and it's pretty noisy. I personally couldn't sleep there and took the back bedroom which has two twins. Someone wrote the pool is falling apart. Many small tiles are definitely detaching but I would not worry about this at all! The pool is great."

Even before arriving, the owner went above and beyond by personally emailing us and connecting us with our dedicated staff leader, Brian. Weeks prior to our stay, Brian provided invaluable information about the area and arranged private excursions tailored to our interests. He patiently answered our myriad questions about the airport, cell phone connectivity, and using Waze for navigation. His attentiveness put our minds at ease. Upon arrival, we were awestruck by the warm welcome – a chilled glass of cava and fresh juice awaited us, followed by a comprehensive tour of the property by Edgar. He meticulously explained the villa's amenities and highlighted local attractions worth exploring on our own. The immaculate house was a testament to attention to detail, but it was the breathtaking pool and panoramic views that truly stole the show. Why leave such paradise? Our stay was nothing short of perfection. Each morning, Ityarisa and Alejandro prepared made-to-order breakfast delicacies on the patio while we leisurely enjoyed the stunning vistas. During our daily adventures, they diligently refreshed the house. "If you are wondering, just book! This place is exactly like the photos. The views are better than they appear in the pics. We spent 5 days in Guancaste, and spent most of the time at the property, only because it was so relaxing and beautiful. The home is very safe, in a gated and secured community. Francisco, the property concierge is incredibly helpful. The management company offers services to help with tours, rental cars, grocery delivery, etc. We could not be more pleased with our visit. I really wanted to hear the Howler Monkeys, and we could hear them daily from the property. Loads of birds and even a Coati was nearby. If you have a big group, this house offers plenty of space!"
